Traded in my old car for a new one at the Honda dealership and was helped by Braden. He made the process easy, listen to what I was saying, and explained everything in detail, then worked with me to get the car I wanted at a budget that fit my needs. Found a small scratch on my car of interest and it was fixed ASAP with no trouble. Transitioning to this new car was smooth and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Mr. Johnny Cannon was extremely helpful in explaining the vehicle we test drove. He was personable and professional in explaining all the options between the two vehicles we looked at. We left knowing more about the two vehicles than when we came in, thanks to Johnny. Kudos to you, Johnny!

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Dealership only gave me one key and claimed the owner only gave them one key. I know the guy that traded in the vehicle I purchased, he gave the dealership both keys.
Update Sep 29, 2025: I have tried reaching out to them twice and I got zero response. If I could get the second set I will gladly change this to a 5 star or delete the review.

Terrible place, made me an offer through truecar. Slow to respond, lied to me about the car being sold over the phone when I was about to come see it. Then 2 days later they raised the price by $2500. Braden Tidwell was supposed to contact me but never did.

The service before the sale feels great but the red carpet is gone once you sign. We purchased a Jeep from them and it turned out the heater wasn't working. No big deal they said we'll fix that right up. What happened was bringing it four times and no success to allow the 15 day lemon law time to pass. After that I complained about it still not working and they said we won't fix it for free. So we cancelled and had our five year warranty refunded to us. We will use it to fix things with someone reputable, but I'm letting you know to save your family the trouble.
EDIT: Update August 29: I am adding two more stars to the review and removing the negative edit. They came through and did what they said they would. Tony Duran, Mike Marrufo and others like David Laymon at the repair center really helped make things right. They were determined to, they included people in email chains to make sure of it. They offered a loaner and had the repair done a day sooner than quoted. I get the feeling people in this organization are listening to their customers and I believe there have been management changes as well. It took longer than I expected but once this new team was on it they moved quickly. I'm pretty sure this would have been a five star review if these guys were taking care of things in the beginning, but it got fixed now, that's what's important.

The only reason we are giving your dealership 5 stars is because of Nathan he was professional and pleasant he kept his word and kept in contact with us after buying the vehicle. He went the extra mile and was willing to go get the vehicle for us from El Paso. And he also delivered it to us on 8/11/25. The car was clean and not a disappointment thankfully because we did buy without seeing it in person or even test driving it. However when we started this car buying journey it started in Alamogordo casa with Cody we went in to buy a Traverse with the cash in hand and ready to buy. We are serious buyers and I felt we were treated like we were a waste of time. Cody did keep in contact with us but it wasn't consistent after that sale fell thru. I was ready to buy and I didn't want to wait a week!
If that Traverse would of had a better car fax we would of bought it that day.
We found a Palisade on the website in Almagordo and Cody said it was in Las Cruces. That's when things started going south for us. The vehicle shouldn't have showed up on casa Chevy website in Alamogordo if it wasn't there to test drive the day I was there ready to buy a vehicle in Almagordo. Cody called to see if he could get that palisade for us since we were ready to buy it and pre-qualified and they said they sold it. Well that was a lie that palisade showed up on the website available to buy for a week. And yes it showed it was Available for a week. Someone in Las Cruces lied. And the reason I know this is after we bought the palisade in El Paso the next day the website showed it was sold!!
This was extremely frustrating and disappointing to be lied to. And yes we definitely felt lied to and I don't know who lied to Cody but someone at the casa in Las Cruces lied to Cody.
We did end up settling and buying a palisade from El Paso and Nathan did deliver it to us on 8/11/25 as previously stated. Nathan and the fiance guy were the only ones who had it together. We almost didn't buy from your dealership because of how unorganized it seemed and how difficult it was just to buy a vehicle. Even with cash in hand it was difficult to buy a vehicle. It took us a week to buy a vehicle from your dealership. We are the type of people who do buy vehicles alot and usually with cash and honestly not sure we would buy from here again just because of how unorganized it seemed and also because of the lie we were told about a vehicle being sold when it showed up available on the website for an entire week. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It's never taken a week just buy a vehicle especially with cash or even a month just to get the vehicle. El Paso casa Buick GMC is where the vehicle we bought was and it took them about 2 weeks after we already bought it to service the vehicle so Nathan could go pick it up for us.
We had called service department in El Paso to ask about the service on the vehicle we already bought and the lady who answered was rude and didn't want to help us at all. We have bought many vehicles and this experience we have never had before. When we bought our 2024 Chevy Silverado it took a few hours and we were on our way with our new truck that same day, but that was at a different dealership.
After all the frustration and disappointment Nathan did an awesome job and he should get a raise or something because if it wasn't for him me and husband wouldn't have purchased a vehicle at all.

It's been over 3 months and I haven't received my license plates! Otherwise the car is in good condition and I was happy with dealing with the sales rep. The only other problem is my payments are really high
