Terrible. Was given an appointment time for when the service department closes. For someone who lives over an hour away, that's a wasted trip. That's poor communication with customers. I would not deal with this service department on a regular basis or I'd just sell the Huyndai and buy something else entirely. I have to return for a recall notice and software update but I wouldn't if I didn't have to. If I can go to a different Huyndai dealership, I will.

Multiple years of reliable service by trained professionals. Every visit for my Hyundai Kona has been a positive experience and that's 3 years of dependability. Hard to find that type of service for any product maintenance these days. It's a people place first and the products reputation stands behind it.

They broke the rear view mirror and the original part (cosmetic damage) that was swapped out for our car. Breaking the original part had to be put back in by another mechanic when we determined that part was not the issue. They also charged 3 hours for a 30 minute job.

I've bought numerous vehicles from Borman, Ford and Hyundai, always great pricing, always willing to make a deal, and plenty of financing options. Before you go to El Paso, stop here first.

I cant thank Braden Tidwell enough for all the help he gave me and my wife with buying a brand new car. He was very easy to talk to and had a lot of knowledge throughout the process. I also appreciate the time he set aside to help us find the right vehicle. Highly recommend him as a salesperson. Thank you again Braden Tidwell.

My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson from Borman. Braden Tidwell was our sales rep and he was extremely professional and polite. He answered all our questions and made sure we got a vehicle that met our needs. Also Sale's Manager Bruce Weinreich and Martin Espinoza from Finance worked hard to get us the financing we needed. You can tell the staff at Borman Hyundai really care about their customers.

The Accord itself has been wonderful. The experience in purchasing the Accord was very pleasant. Braden Tidwell and Kevin Rodriguez are very professional. Both young men are very knowledgeable and made our purchase of our vehicle very pleasant.

Horrible place. Couldn’t find my oil leak in my car. Took it to Borman 3 times. Called Hyundai Corporation and they gave me a $125 gift card and told me to take it to El Paso Hyundai. They are awesome Hyundai El Paso. Borman will rip you off. Be careful!

Experience with Borman Hyundai in Las CrucesOn March 14, 2023, my brand new Hyundai Sonata began having severe engine problems at the intersection of I-25 and U.S. 70. I was able to limp the car home, and it broke down in my driveway where it sat for 4 days. On March 15, I called Borman to let them know that the car engine was barely functioning and that it was acting as if it had a piston not working. They could not get my car into the shop until March 30. That day or soon thereafter I got a call from their tech telling me that there was likely a bad fuel mixture -- the prime suspect being diesel fuel in my gas. I expressed my skepticism since I had driven the car all the way from Belen without any problems, and diesel fuel nozzles will not fit in an unleaded gas receptacle. The tech said they would go ahead and run further diagnostics. If the problem was bad fuel or fouled gas, it would not be a warranty repair. I understood that.A short time later I received a call from Borman telling me that it was not fuel problems after all, and that an injection fuel pump had failed. It would be covered under warranty. They ordered the high pressure injection pump and installed it within a reasonable time. However, the high pressure fuel line also had to be repaired, and they would have to order the parts. There wasn't much I could do at that point.I personally went into the Borman service counter about 3 or 4 times to check on progress. The fuel line was on back order from some place in Dallas. A month passes, and I still do not have my car back. The service department called Hyundai to see what was going on. I got an email stating that the part had left the Dallas distribution center and then it was shipped to some place in Wisconsin. Thus, 6 weeks later and I still did not have my car back. OK. Things happen. I was assured that the warranty repair would be completed soon, and that the part would be in the shop around May 3. They scheduled the car for installing the high pressure fuel line for 10:00 a.m. on May 5, 2023. I did not hear from them for the rest of that day.Forward to today, May 8, and I decided to go to Borman to see what was going on. While I was out I received an email telling me the repair was finished. Great! When I arrived, I was handed the keys to my car and was asked to step over to the service desk. They presented me a bill for $324! I protested and reminded them (in pretty unfriendly terms) that it was a warranty repair and I owed them nothing. They insisted that I had asked for the fuel line inspection, which is patently false and absurd. The fuel line inspection was done as part of the diagnostic for what turned out to be a catastrophic engine failure. I wish I hadn't overreacted, but I refused to pay the bill. I slid it back across the desk and emphatically stated that it would not be paid under any circumstances. By this time I am irate and have become a complete j*** about it.The service manager, Paul Garay, came out to talk to me. By that point I was inconsolable. He started in with the customer rep verbal judo techniques, and didn't have the temerity to ask what he could do to make the situation better. I told him that an apology would be in order for the way I had been treated. To say the least, it barely registered on the sincerity meter when one was offered. He did offer to "pay for the repair out of his own pocket." I guess that's what they call an adjustment to invoicing these days. The $324 invoice was grudingly reversed. At the end, all I asked was that Borman try to understand how this could make a customer irate. They didn't, so they probably have lost a loyal Hyundai owner (this was my third). Too bad. That beig said, the sales rep team was great and patient with my wife and me.I hope my experience was a one-off.Mark S. Davisp.s. -- It is a nice car. I hope there are no more problems with it.

Mainly has to do with overall poor customer service. Several times I have had oil residue on my steering wheel when leaving. I also have a service agreement from purchasing the vehicle, which involved free oil changes. Every time I go in, they give me a hard time about it, then they use incorrect equipment (mostly had issues with incorrect filters), and lastly they finally have started to refuse to change it at all.

An excellent sales experience. I worked out the deal completely online and they delivered the vehicle to me. Much better than that other dealership 45 minutes away....

Best car buying experience of my life. Highly recommended. Braden Tidwell was professional, friendly and a great communicator. From the first minute I call the dealership, he worked to get me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Martin Espinoza did a great job with financing. Can't recommend Borman Hyundai enough. Will be buying my next Hyundai from Borman. Thanks again for making the car buying experience enjoyable again.

Came from AZ here for Thanksgiving, leaving NM with a new car. The staff at Borman Hyundai were very helpful when it came to purchasing my new Santa Cruz. David Barela was very helpful and caring when it came to giving us all the information on the vehicle and the whole process. Also finance manager Martin was really good when it came to getting a low interest rate with our purchase.
