HORRIBLE REPAIR! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! after more than 6 months with my car this repair shop they tried to give me the car back with cracks in the new paint, doors, trunk and hood binding and scraping as well as the color not matching the factory color at all. After me rejecting the vehicle and getting it back for a second time (7 months after the initial drop off) there are many parts literally falling off of my vehicle because they were not reinstalled properly such as the fender liners, door panels, hood liner, grill, rear bumper, and windshield washer reservoir. Now my vehicle has many rattles, creaks, loose feeling suspension components, and is out of alignment. Some of my power windows no longer work and one of my doors does not open. My car was only 2 years old with 25k miles and garage kept, now after 6 months of my vehicle baking in the sun in Bravo's lot, many of my plastic trim peices and dashboard are extremely faded. Overall I have 100% dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. All though the employees here are very nice it is quite apparent that they have minimal experience in their trade. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING THIS COMPANY WORK ON ANY AUTOMOBILE!!!

Took my Lincoln Town Car there to be repaired after a minor accident. I received excellent service from all the staff. They were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Enoch McConnell body tech for the restoring my car to her beautiful state.

I have used Bravo collision several times and was always satisfied with the services so I decided to come back again this time. I have to say it was the worst experience. They had the car forever with NO communication with what was going on with the car. I took off work to come pick up the car because they said it was ready. When I showed up the car was not ready it had not been sprayed with the ceramic coating. I left a message with the front desk to have the manager call me on that following Monday because he was on vacation. No phone call received the entire week so the following week I called and he could care less and his name is Scott. He said he would find out what was happening and several hours later he called to state that he found the ceramic coating in El Paso and would go pick it up and have the car sprayed. Still no communication whatsoever I ended up having to call the manager of the Bravo dealership to get anything done. He went over there to look at the car, It was still sitting there and had not been touched. Mr. Caldwell said he would have the car sprayed and then I could come get the car. Mr. Caldwell (amazing mgr) himself came and picked me up, took me back and on the way back they asked me for the insurance check that I had not received and had no idea that I was supposed to have the insurance check. I just have to say I will never use them again. The car was there for so long and nobody ever called. I even told the manager Scott just communicate with me and let me know if the car is not gonna be ready and I’m OK with that but again absolutely no communication whatsoever. I would never go back there again and would never recommend them to anybody. Mr Caldwell was the only patient willing to help me. So disappointed in Bravo Collision!

Worst place ever. I brought my vehicle to get an estimate. I went back 3 days later to find out if my insurance was paying. They had already started taking my vehicle apart without consent. I told them I was going to fix my vehicle some where else. They had already deposited the check my insurance sent. I have been trying to get the money back for the past 60 days and they keep giving me excuses. They are very unprofessional and unethical and don’t care for the customers.

My Mazda 3 needed some minor body work, and we just happened to pass by Bravo. They were able to fix my tire deflector shield in minutes, without an appointment! Not only that but they washed my car and charged me a very reasonable fee. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
