Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with my experience and would recommend for anyone to take their business elsewhere. While at the facility, employees were nice but the communication went down hill when my car was supposed to be ready the first time. I was told to wait for the call that it was ready but by end of day when I had not heard anything, I called and was informed that additional parts needed to be ordered so the completion date was changed. Then it was changed two more times with similar experiences, I had to call to be informed of the changes on the date it was supposed to be ready. Then, when I arrived to pick up my car the windshield had a crack. My hood was scratched, there’s a big chip taken out of the back driver door, and my dash mat was moved by the crack. My visor mirror was broken and there’s fabric torn right by the window behind the visor. They offered to correct the windshield and scratches and will cover a rental.

My experience with caliber has been awful and I haven’t even dropped my car off for repairs. I’m definitely going somewhere else before more problems arise. Samantha at the Telshor location is very rude and she’s the main reason I’m going elsewhere!!

I am new to Las Cruces as of 2024 and when I was rear ended, some locals I know recommended Caliber Collision. I wish this shop with this staff was in every city. The time estimates can be on the long side, but both times I've had my car worked on, they've finished days or weeks earlier than scheduled with great results. Luis always goes above and beyond making sure everything works great and that I have my car back when I really need it. It's such a relief to find such a trustworthy shop. They really make good on the warranty on their work as well.

Excellent service, Robert kept me up to date every other day on my vehicle repairs, they were all kind, and repairs were done before ECD. I will go here again if I need my vehicle repaired

Communication by text kept us informed throughout the process. The couple of times I did call in I had my questions answered and calls returned quickly. It was a great experience and the work came out excellent.

Vehicle was given back to me in a NON working condition. The staff are claiming the vehicles condition is not their fault. They returned the vehicle without a manager returning my phone call. They canceled my rental vehicle and now im stuck with a 2k bill to fix the car. 3 different mechanics I took it to, confirmed caliber is known for these kinds of issues.

Find a different collision center. Front end of my truck was not fixed right, bolts were missing nuts and not tightened.
