I currently have a car being being worked on there, through insurance, after hitting a coyote on the interstate. So far, so good. They are good about keeping me up to date on the repairs through text messages. The shop is easily located and the staff seem very friendly.

Take car at your own risk. although they repaired the accident that happened on my vehicle, they did probably the worse job i have seen. i was left very dissatisfied. Very sloppy job done. some panels on my vehicle were left with gaps. they had to take apart the interior of my car and left a bunch of the plastics hanging with clips missing. even managed to damage a whole part of my vehicle on the other side of where the accident occured. Tried to blame me for the damage and luckily i had taken photos of my whole car before i sent it to them to prove it was not like that till they took the car... i was told the car would be ready in a month and two weeks. took about another business week to let me know the car was done, some of my items like cargo net went missing... even when i got the car back it was still damaged had to eventually take to another shop and get things done there... Will never take another vehicle here. If you do decide to take it here. please please take photos of your car.. every angle. inside, out and be mindful of what you leave inside and do a good inspection when you get the car back..

The second time I’ve used Caliber. There were issues obtaining parts from the manufacturer (not the fault of caliber collision) but I was kept informed and up to date on the progress consistently. The manager Matt, was super helpful and went out of his way to be sure I was taken care of. Every time I called, Paola was sweet, helpful and compassionate about my concerns. My car looks great!
Having an accident isn’t ever pleasant or something anyone wants to deal with but when it happens, it’s nice to be able to count on these professionals to get you whole again.
