Feel like getting racially profiled? Come here!!! Walked in with my two daughters and saw the "manager " sitting down by the cash register. As soon as my daughter and I started getting candy she started to walk around and acted like she was cleaning up. When we were ready to pay her tone and attitude changed really quick when I asked if they offered military discount. I then called her out and she stated she was on the phone with her "district manager ".

me and my younger brother where walking in the mall, we choose our candy and thank the cashier and she ignores us and the candy was horrible and really hard to chew it tasted dusty and is just astonishingly gross with a lack of flavor I was very disappointed! :(

Maybe it's just this little town, but I've had pretty poor customer service at a few places around town recently. Came in to get some candy for my kids and wife, no issues until we went to pay. It's almost like a creature from another dimension sucked the life and personality out of this young woman. She didn't know how to greet or say thank you. Maybe she was mute. I'm not sure. I mean, I wasn't expecting willy Wonka or anything, but I also wasn't expecting Wednesday Adams.

The manager of the store is obnoxious and rude. I refuse to use hand sanitizer because I am allergic to it and ask her if she would dip the candy for me. She refused to do so, got all huffy with very rude statements, and asked me to leave the store. I will never shop there again. This manager needs to be fired.

My daughter had a little birthday money to spend, and this candy store is great. Not only can you buy your favorites, in bulk (and separated by flavor, like jellybeans). But you can also buy prepacked treats, and specialty bottled sodas (like butter "beer" from Harry Potter). Looking for that nostalgic "old school" candy, that you just don't see in stores anymore? You can find some of it here. Anything prepackaged, has a price tag. But anything in bulk is done by weight, of course. Which can add up quickly, if you're not careful. Customer service is helpful and nice. No lines and no crowded store. All in all, it was a great experience for my daughter (and myself).

My husband and I went here to purchase some candy on 06/29/22 around 2 o'clock. The woman at the counter seemed nice. Short grey hair. Glasses. Very direct, but whatever. I fill up one bag and as I brought it up to the counter for weighing, she eyes me up and down, scoffs, and says, "Wow... That's a lot of candy..." with a very rude tone as though she were trying to make me feel bad. Now I see why no one goes into this store.

Manger Is a lazy lady told me my kid could not touch the bins of candy was rude called corporate office owners said that is not his policy she is just to lazy to wipe the bins back down my grandson only touched the outside he never opened them up.
