“The staff are pretty chill here. They're very polite and give information on the vehicle you're renting. They do schedule pickups on vehicles if you want to that. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth.”

I more than qualify, it's just that my address is not in their services. They were perfectly polite and respectful and explained it clearly and genuinely felt remorse for not being able to help. “I use this branch a lot. It's a pretty small branch and 2 people do all the work from front desk work to cleaning and fueling the cars. It matters because they aren't always in the office, and you sometimes have to wait for them to get back from putting gas in a car or something like that. But they are great to work with, and do their best to make the customers happy. I use this branch over another large green company in town because these people earn my business. The other company in this city makes me feel like they could care less if I rent from them.”
