The staff is friendly, professional, and knows how to handle difficult veins, making blood draws quick, painless, and easy. They provide excellent customer service, accommodating walk-ins and previous appointments with minimal wait. For those who get lightheaded, there are areas to lay down during the draw. The line can get very long, so arriving early is advised. Many note it is the best place in town, turning a normally stressful experience into a much better one compared to other labs.
