I had a HORRIBLE experience getting a hair cut. My hair was so long (to my waist) and I wanted a layered haircut. A young apprentice was cutting my hair and the manager was not attentive to her and she began to cut my hair while being very confused. The result was a choppy and uneven 5 inch cut. She clearly was needing guidance throughout the service and when my hair was already cut improperly, then the manager came. I was so unhappy with this and will never be back.

I went to the colour bar to get a haircut with BAILEY:) (sorry if I spelled that wrong) after 5 years of not having a cut from being scared of having it cut too short lol. Bailey listened to my fear and although she seemed to cut a lot off and spent time on it, it ended up still looking long but much more healthy and I loved it so much I will be back every 3 months as long as it's her who is cutting my hair:)

This salon is gorgeous! When someone invests into a place like this in our community, you know they are visionaries with long term plans for success. Veva helped me get to a color that I feel confident wearing and I would highly recommend her. Cassidy is also very talented and both are very service oriented. Their front desk person is extremely professional and so kind. This place has far exceeded my expectations. If you are willing to wait for an appointment opening, I would highly recommend you give anyone at this salon a try!

This was horrible I asked for layers and face framing pieces with sheer bang, and volume. I got none other than the bangs and even they were wonky I have shoulder length curly hair

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had hair down my back and decided to go completely drastic and cut it into a short pixie. Cassidy worked so hard on making my dreams come true and I couldn't be happier! Her professionalism and calm demeanor was so calming, as this was a scary big move. She made me feel right at home and I am so grateful!

Veva is the most talented hair stylist out there. She listens and executes with precision and care. I tend to go copper quite a bit and not many people can accomplish a color that lasts and encompasses the warmth I want. But after showing pictures and explaining my experiences and what I want, she always delivers! That is a rarity! She is a hair chemist, knowing exactly what and how much to combine to get the color you want, no matter where you are starting from. She is also great at hair cuts and styles! She has even done curly cut training, which is great since I typically style my hair with my natural curl/wave! I live in El Paso, but travel to Las Cruces for the service because she is the most talented around!

Cassidy is truly a miracle worker! Absolutely love my hair and all she has done to restore it from extreme damage and box dye. I will never go elsewhere!!

I get my haircut from Cassidy. She takes her time listening to what kind of haircut I want or what my hair needs and makes sure I love my haircut! I don’t live in Las Cruces but I do travel to get my hair done by her because she’s the only hairstylist I trust and leaves me feeling like a whole new person.

I asked for them to take no length off, my hair was below my collarbone and I left with my hair above my shoulders. Very disappointed will be back.

My hair cut was no where close to what I asked her to do. i went to someone else and she couldn't even fix it unless she cut my hair very shor. I will have to wait for my hair to grow out. Worst experience of my life. Good thing I didn't get color.

Owner with somebody's money to spend!! DO NOT GO!! They will put you with a junior stylist without telling you!!! I just got my hair done and I'm not happy with it. I'm not a very confrontational person and I get very well there is junior stylist. Besides all that I was never told I was going to have a junior stylist during my hair consultation, booking, and the day of my appt. I wanted peekaboo highlights for my hair. I provided pictures of them in the front of my hair for face framing highlight therefore when I put my hair up you could see them, which was not the same in the 4 pictures I provide. My roots were left untouched with a line of orange in them. Made a huge mistake and missed colored my hair, ended up going home with 3 different shades of blond and not the color white which they said they could achieve, that I had asked for. On top of that leaving the color purple in the back of my head saying "it should fade in a day or so" (still hasn't 3 days after, so I asked a friend who use to style hair and told me to do something completely different because it would not come out in its own. I asked again in the process if I could do the face framing pieces, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if that'll work with what you're wanting to do but will see how it turn out and show me the picture again" never happened because of the hair mistake that had taken place. I did want her opinion on it considering she's supposed to be the professional who went to school for it. I did not feel heard. The boss/teacher wasn't even observing her students work, only when the problem I had occur was she paying attention. Got charge $160 for "ombré" got a batched job of hightlights worth less than $50! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
