The new guy that works there knows nothing of how cricket works try to tell me I could not get the discount on a new line that I had to open a new account boy did I prove him wrong also tried to tell me that each store has a different discount because they are franchises not corporate train your staff better been with cricket since they started up. As a owner I would be embarrassed if one of my associates had to be corrected by a customer

This Cricket Wireless Rep was refusing to run an eligibility check for my friend and told me that he has to purchase a phone first before he runs the check. I was respectful throughout the entire conversation and he got very rude and just refused to do his job and was only trying to get a sale. Very unprofessional and he called the cops on me and had me trespassed even though I am a customer. Request me through my email for copy of full video.

Was with them 8 years after the jerk in the valley location made it abundantly to clear future costumers we're more important than existing ones. my Viit there lasted all of thirty seconds dude inside wouldn't let me get a word out kept cutting me off. Needles to say I won't be a cricket customer. Not that it matter. One bit to this company.

i am a long-time client i went in for help with transferring data, he tells me ez fix i get home realize 1/2 my data is missing go back to see what happen he had taken out my sim card put in the old one , threw my new one away , made no attempt to look , replace or try to retrieve my pictures , they use to reward loyal customers- this is old at&t time to switch

8 years I've been with this company instead of offering me the same deals to add a line they would rather me discontinue my service and go else where. Potential clients get treated like gold whilst existing clients get question about identity no pros foe being g loyal... gonna feel great to quit this service. Loyalty... a dying art
