Called to ask follow-up questions and no-one picked up. Thought to myself, they’re probably busy. Called back at a later time rang through again with no answer. Tried this two more times, but stopped when (both times) the phone call was ended early on their side. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this store. It sucks having to drive across town just for some decent customer service.

I felt the need to leave this review about LESLIE! She has been nothing but awesome! She was such an amazing help when I went in-store to get my new phone/plan last month. Today I was lucky enough to speak with her on the phone to resolve an issue I was having with logging into my app as well as other matters. I recognized her voice immediately(I never forget a sweet person). Super friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just a good human being. Leslie gives the type of customer service that keeps you guys in business and keeps you recomendable! It’s hard to come by good people these days that aren’t grumpy-and that’s her. Love it and love that she goes above and beyond to help, no matter how complicated the request from a customer is. Very impressed with her work ethic, the other employee(in store with her that day), and the stores cleanliness. Thank you, Leslie and Crickets hiring managers. Somebody should give this woman a raise, people like her are hard to come by!

I paid $4 for my customer service and I'd like a refund now... The staff there is obviously less than enthusiastic to be there, avoid this business at all cost if you can.

I came from Chaparral because of the bad service they gave me. Elvis was able to help me with my phone and was very kind. He helped me with everything and was someone I would recommend if you want excellent service and kindness! Thanks for everything

We went to cricket looking to add a line for our daughter and Leslie did a great job at helping us. She was very experienced and I loved that she gave examples when explaining things to us to help us better understand. She was also very patient with us while deciding if we wanted to go through with adding a line and was super friendly, funny, and nice. She was so great we ended up staying 30-40 over closing time trying to finish up with the phone and her attitude was professional & awesome!!
