Store is clean. Staff is professional and helpful. Scanners are a bit confusing but everything comes with a learning curve. The bathrooms were blocked off to staff only. If you sell thinks that make shit and do not provide a place to shit your customer service is shit. I am not shitting you, until you lock that door again. CVS and many corporations claim to be integral to health. So much so that is is a portion of their business model.. one can not profit off health and deny people who use their facilities the basic dignity of using the rest room. Absolutely one of the most primal human needs. I like CVS but any store that does not have a bathroom open to the public will not get my business.

This CVS Pharmacy has got to the the worst s*** show i have ever been to!! This is the second time this has happened DR sends the prescription hear nothing from them. Day later call they are working on. Call back we don't have it bring the order down. Get there to be told they can fulfill it to call my insurance. WTF is going on here yet when you call no one can give you the same story when you get to the store its a different story. Yet no one can pick up the phone and tell you anything. Last time they even sent me to Walgreens saying they had to send it over there for them to fulfill. I guess they are hiring homeless off the street that cant read, write, or have a clue about prescriptions.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy until today. I take several medications daily so I frequently visit this CVS. On my last refill my prescription was filled with only 30 pills as appose to 90. No biggie. I called, they filled them and said pick them up at my convenience. I went through the drive thru, gave the attendant my name and DOB. She said I didn't have any prescriptions ready. I told her I was told that my prescription was ready. She looked in the computer and said that medication was filled on 3/30/21. I explained to her that they had made a mistake and only gave me 30 pills and not the 90 it was suppose to be. She was extremely rude. As if I had something to do with their error. I would switch from CVS if I could but my employer requires I use CVS. Needless to say, people need to work on their tone and customer service.

The pharmacy staff is great. Even when they were busy they all remained extremely professional and friendly. I showed up just recently during this COVID-19 and my son was on his last dose of medication but I decided to show up because maybe we could get it early. It wasn't ready yet but they said if I could wait 10-15 minutes they would get it ready for us. Thanks to the staff for doing their best and not turned me away because "it wasn't ready" or that I needed to wait until they contacted me.

I needed a couple of things and went in to get them. The staff I encounters were friendly and helpful. I was able to find the items I needed and was able to get out quickly. The store neat and orderly.

I bought a small package of Chips Ahoy cookies and when I ate it, tasted nasty. I looked at the expiration date and sure enough they are 2 months past. Gross. Just one more thing I will have to check next time, if there even is a next time..and with my not so good eyes it's gone be a PITA. Ugh.

Everyone has been helpful at this CVS store, but particularly Mark in the pharmacy has been helpful. He helped me out of some trouble I was having with my insurance. He even called me back, saying he'd found the solution to my problem after I called him and we were puzzled. So three cheers for Mark!
