There were 3 people who didn't help me today at the store.The checkout machine kept on telling me wait for help.5 minutes later there wasn't help so i went to get help in the pharmacy department.No help from this girl til this guy Steven told me he'll help me out by checking out my item.I appreciate Steven going out his way to help his customers.Too bad some of those workers don't know how to prioritize there work and customers.Bad service.

Try another store, even the other Las Cruces locations - the pharmacy tech lied about the Bridge Program for free vaccinations for the uninsured. She was abrupt and rude about it too. Shame.

I like this CVS store and pharmacy. The staff are great and super helpful, there is almost never a queue. BUT IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE BY PHONE. The CVS phone bot is one of the worst I've ever encountered, it has been programmed in such a way that it makes me wonder if CVS even wants your business.

Never have my prescriptions ready at a reasonable time one pharmacist says one thing then another says something else. Non stop with this nonsense. If my employer didn’t have them as the only pharmacy I could go to, I would’ve chosen Walgreens. You know meds are sort of essential when you take them EVERYDAY AT SPECIFIC TIMES. it’s ridiculous and I don’t understand how they cannot ever have a reasonable time for pickup ever unless you ask a “nice” pharmacist. Then you can usually get them to bump you up the list but then I feel bad for pushing other proper down the list. I hate this place with a passion

The worst customer service experience from a pharmacy. James the store manager wouldn't even deal with my issues or even show his face. And the pharmacy ladies working had a snug attitude like it was a inconvenience to do their job to help customers because procedure had change. I'll be taken my business else where and hard earn money. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely see why they got three stars with only 95 reviews. I recommend people should go to some where else instead.

Paid for my $30 meds, cvs canceled it, showed them the charge on the app that says it’s paid for and asked if I would get a refund for the second charge if I paid it.
“Well I can’t give them to you”
“I understand but you’re not even telling me if the first charge will get refunded.”
Pharmacy worker was very rude and unhelpful and said she didn’t know if it would get refunded be she won’t give me my meds and I would have to call a 1-800 number. I understand it not showing on one side and not being able to give them without charging, but to not even be able to guarantee a refund on the first $30? Absolutely ridiculous.

Nearly each time I have shopped at this CVS, there have been a very gruff and rude older woman and a rude younger woman who make the shopping experience feel pushy and unbearable. It's much better when the young man is there; he is always helpful and courteous. I won't spend my money there for any reason. How can the CVS group employ such hateful women there? I wouldn't mind a total refund for shopping there so many years and being treated with such DIDRESPECT in my later years.

Called to see if they make copies and Megan answered the phone and was very friendly and attentive. After arriving John assisted us with making copies and was also very helpful. Both Megan and John provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend coming here. Better customer service here than what we've received from Walgreens. We'll be coming to shop here more frequently. Thank you John and Megan!

They barely ever answer the phone, and half the time they answer they immediately hang up on you. I don't know how that's been a problem for 5 years based on other Google reviews. Slow to fill scripts. Don't know common policies. Don't call doctors to attempt to refill scripts like they say they will.
