I like going into new stores. This may not be a new store to you but it was to me and I found it very interesting, lots of good prices and I was attended by a very attentive and polite young lady by the name of Yaroslava, I hope the DD considers her a big access to their business.

Ive always found all kinds of things from clothes to cookware for bargain prices. Clearance deals on clothes are crazy low for things i can't pass up.

I think rotation of managers would be a good ideas . once managers get comfortable with their job , productivity and customer service goes out the door !? if this lady "Alejandro" is the manager !! then you need to talk to your regional manager , to find out , how this rude person became a manager ? was it based on her experience , or cultural relationship !?Interestingly we don't see this kind of favoritism at Ross on Lohman. everybody friendly and treat their customers with respect .

I spent more than I expected, but in a REALLY GOOD WAY! I didn't think I was going to fine clothing like that, I usually have a hard time shopping for clothes but I had no problem today, I really likwd DD's Discounts store a lot! I'll definitely be shopping there again!
