“Jonathan thanks for going over and beyond with customer service! He went to the back of the store to get my cat food that was not on the shelf. He helped me with my mother that has a hard time getting around. The lady cashier was super rude but Jonathan jumped in made up for the rudeness. Thanks so much we really appreciate you!! ?”
“The ladies that work here are very friendly. Make you feel welcomed. The store is clean & organized. I love the convenience of how close it is to home. I prefer Family Dollar over Dollar General next door.”
“Dollar General is a great store to stop and pick up anything from a quick snack, to laundry soap, toilet paper, kitchen wares, dog and cat food, toys and scooby snacks. They have a variety of cleaning supplies, automotive supplies, hair care, vitamins, drinks, cereal and candy. You can just about find anything you may need. Their staff are friendly and helpful.”
“The manager she's always on point. She takes care of business keeps the store clean. She doesn't let the homeless and criminals walk all over her. The stores really well taking care of and clean .”
“I always find something that I didn't know I needed. There's so much to look at, decorations galore. Shopping there makes me feel like I have money to burn.”

“I absolutely ???, & appreciate any/all $ Tree Stores, since I am a frequent customer, & shopper, over many years time, by now. Many, & most all of the product items I purchase there, are good - great quality items, @ the best discount prices, ever. Also, additionally, they sell some other specific product items, that are unique, to Dollar Tree Stores, & their stores, only. The values found, & bought there, are truly exceptional. Always a completely enjoyable shopping experience, every time. Kudos, Dollar Tree!??????✔️”
“I've been shopping here at least 3 times a week for the last 8 years. This family dollar is the best store in Las Cruces, beats going to Walmart or Albertsons the employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they take the right amount of time to service their customers efficiently and effectively. The manager works just as hard as the employees and it shows.”
“They are way above what you usually find at dollar general. Employees and management are awesome.
They are always helpful, knowledgeable, and really go above and beyond helping people
I'm amazed at how they manage to keep up with all stocking and how knowledgeable they are regarding sales and deals.”
“I actually had to ask for help and the manager helped me he was very nice he went to check in the back and also let me know that they would be getting some more in at the end of the week so this is the first time I really had the best service”
“THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE BUT LAS CRUCES NEW MEXICO NEEDS TO BE UPDATED EXTREMELY BADLY PEOPLE ARE THROWING THERE TRASH ALL OVER TOWN BUT FAMILY DOLLAR IS VERY NICE I ONLY GO IN THERE WHEN I HAVE MONEY 💰 GREAT JOB”
“I like going to Family Dollar always find the things I need and for a low price. I love that the store is getting remodeled it's looking great. Today I only I intended in getting oil but I got my grandblme shoes and at a really great price I tholug popht I was gonna pay 7 dollars and ended up only paying $3.78 for my grandbaby's shoes which is really awesome. When I go there the employees are really nice and always ask if I need anything.I will keep on continuing on going there because of the prices and most of all the the customer service..”
“I go in here too shop all the time great deals great service store manager is very friendly everyone is very helpful .I tell all friends too shop here at motel blvd location.”
“Store was clean and shelves were neatly arranged, but there were a LOT of empty spots on those shelves. One worker seemed to be stocking, so that was good. No self checkout registers here, but cashier was nice to me. I found some things I haven't seen at other Dollar Tree stores.”
“Great place for snacks. Unlike other reviews, I never had encounters with rude employees. You can get some oreos, bubble gum, a crossword book, a pack of rice crispies, a 2 pack of pens, and a coke
for just $20. I come here every once in a while for snacks, and this place never disappoints me.”
“Can't seem to ever find what I'm hoping to when walking into these stores with a plan. However, I always find a zillion other neat/nifty doodads and thingamajigs I never knew I couldn't live without! Usually more crowded with things than with people, rarely more than one or two staff members working at a time.”
“wanted to give a shout out to naomi and alex working at the store on n main in las cruces, nm! i accidentally dropped a candle and they were super understanding didn’t make me
feel bad even though they were about
to close! thank you for your patience and great customer service❣❣”
“After a shift, I stopped by for some small food items and was confused about where to find them. The cashier took me to where a few of my items were. She saved dinner for me with her help.”
“A little full of stuff in the aisles they're a little behind on putting stuff up I guess and some of the shelves are empty but the employees were great fast friendly service as always”
