One star is still too much of a rating....considering they took and sold all of our stuff after they locked our unit cause it was broken into. They charged us $800 for a damaged door that was caused from a break in. They lied and said we new the people, when we didn't and their insurance we purchase even payed. They were just being dirty and looking for any excuse to take our unit. No notice at all was given and no regards for anything that was ours.

Picacho location: Every one is so professional and friendly. Reasonably priced and clean unit, plus we never worried about the security for our unit.

I had a unit at the Solano location for 7 years started out at 65$ but recently increased to 100$ for the larger unit. never had an issue or problem. Staff was very friendly and professional! One of the best storage facilities in Las Cruces. Unfortunately the price increases were out of my budget, other than that it’s well worth your business.
