Do not go to this clinic or see the nurse practitioner joleen she will lie if you disagree with her and say your going to report her to the medical board she can't handle people knowing There rights as a patient so she has been dropped Hope she knows that Lying on medical records is against the law I have reported you to The department of health along with the medical board. I can't believe a clinic would let a nurse practitioner act this way and treat patients like that and lie when they want to report them i had spoke to ronnie right after my appointment as i requested to speak to office manger for how i had been treated never once did i yell at anyone . Will be contacting a lawyer.

No respect for clients or their time. Took my mom for her appointment here, and we waited almost 2 hours for a doctor to show up. Staff didn't have any information and were pretty rude when we asked for an ETA. Doctor finally showed up just long enough to throw a prescription at her, so I guess they can get two stars. If you can, go to MountainView.

I’ve always had good experiences in this office . Very friendly staff. I especially deal a lot with Maria García and love the treatment I get . Keep up the good work.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Service was fast and the entire staff was friendly. The facility was nice and clean. All around was a good experience. I was seen by Mrs. Joleen and she was absolutely amazing! She showed genuine interest in what was going on and put together a great plan to help get me back on track.

We visited Dr. Anchondo and we never see him because Mrs. María García denied the attention to the patient very rudely yelling at him that he was not in their practice anymore. I replying asking why? I also let her know that the patient had an appointment for today and Mrs. Maria Garcia yield at us that he is no longer their patient and we needed to get out of the office. First of all, it is not Mrs. Maria Garcia”s office, it is Dr. Anchondo”s office. Second of all, we were not doing anything wrong, we only trying to attend an appointment with Dr. Anchondo. On the other hand Mrs. Lisa intervene and apologize for Mrs. Maria Garcia rudeness and escalate the situation to a supervisor. It is sad that Dr. Anchondo has to lose patients due to Mrs. Maria Garcia yellings and mistreating patients in which she does not have to do.

Excellent experience. Our appointment was right on time. Dr. Rowley answered all of our questions and was very patient. All of the ladies in the office area were very kind and helpful. Griselda also went out of her way to help us.

Office staff very uncaring!!! Nobody answers phones, or return calls. Very unprofessional. I had to call billing department to get someone to answer phone then she transferred me to appointment and they never answered the phone, very bad office skills, puts out the impression that they don't care about there patience. I've called 6 hrs today, no one will answer phones.

Awful. They try to get you hooked on medication instead of finding a natural solution or what is the cause of the reaction

I have had good care from the Las Cruces office of El Paso Pulmonary Association in 2022. I would rate my provider, Joleen Lesczcynski, 5 stars! But they are not careful with masking during the continuing pandemic and they do not enforce proper masking with the many patients who crowd into the waiting area. I would feel a lot safer if all the sick people in their lobby were required to wear good quality masks (KN95s or better).

I've had difficulties with getting prescriptions out to pharmacies in a timely manner and doctor notes to their Sleep Center. Also, my allergy doctor requested my records and El Paso Pulmonary Association failed provide them. My doctor's last name is Diaz. June 30, 2022 I called the office three times (8:35, 8:40, and 8:50) after 8:30 am or normal starting times and only could get the answering services.

Memorial Hospital in Las Cruces sent an out an order to have a doctor see my mother prior to taking a long airplane trip since she has COPD and she had an episode that landed her ultimately in a Rehab facility. Nobody from their office bothered to give me advance notice that they had set the appointment. They didn’t tell the rehab facility either. After numerous conversations the appointment was set. However, they are so incompetent that they didn’t show. When I tried to reschedule the woman doing the scheduling in Las Cruces was extremely rude and made an appointment after the date of my mother’s travel. I told her that this had all been due to their lack of communication and I asked if she could try to move another patient’s appointment. To this she responded “so you want me to cancel the appointment set? I said yes..but..by that time she’d hung up. If you have a choice do not go with this company. you’ll save yourself a headache.

Yes, the receptionist is rude, brusque and should be replaced. But care is good and I've become fond of my pulmonologist and his care methods.

On August 19, 2020 at 3 pm I went in for a test for asthma, I told the technician throughout the test that whatever she was giving me was hurting my chest and I felt like I could not breathe. I was clearly coughing and gasping for air. 30 minutes into the test I was so uncomfortable and had chest pains that were hurting me and worrying me, of which I told her again. Her statement to me was very rudely "We will keep doing this until you give me 5"!!!! I was super frustrated that I refused to do the test any longer and told her I was just not going to complete it. I walked up to the front and the secretary waived me on as if I needed nothing else, I tried to tell the secretary in the front that the lady was not listening to me, and that whatever she was giving me was hurting me and again I was clearly coughing and unable to breathe and holding my chest, she simply nodded her head. I would of stayed to speak with the doctor but I had to go and take my asthma medication inhaler to try to feel better. At that point, my husband, who was sitting in the waiting area and heard how was feeling, said get in the car. It took me almost 3 hours and a breathing treatment to even begin to feel slightly better from this. Figuring I would get to talk to the doctor the next week I decided to wait to talk to him about my experience. On August 25th, 2020 I went in for my walking test and the guy who took me first went to take my blood pressure. As he was doing so, I kept pulling away from him because every time he checked my cuff, which was three times, he conveniently kept rubbing his hand into and against my left breast; at this point I am just so frustrated with this office and wanting to just do my walking test, I pulled away from him and gave him a disgusting look. Did my walking test and left. To no avail when Doctor called me he would not deal with any situation.I am beyond upset and this office is horrible!!!!!!! I will never recommend this place and hope others never have to experience such a gross negligence or abuse from their doctors office.Conveniently I received a letter today, August 28th of which I am attaching, that states that they will no longer take me as a client due due to not following their policies and putting them in harms way. So you don't listen to a patients concerns and then blame the patient for something that was clearly your fault?I am now contacting an attorney and will be making more reviews on all sites for this business. You should be ashamed of yourselves for what you are doing. I will be filing a complaint with Tri Care and the board.

My husband was referred to this office after being in the ER. We were told they would review ER records and call back. They never called. A year later we had a sleep study done as well as labs. We had an appt one week later for results. My husband ended up in the hospital again the day before this appointment. He was in the hospital for 3 days and was NEVER seen. Dr. Gonzalez is the one who will never be seen again.
