the actual facility, therapists and front desk staff is amazing. Their 3rd party biller and insurance checker are a mess. I am ALAWAYS fighting with someone about insurance coverage and payments.

Our experience with Esperanza as a family has been educational, resourceful, engaging and instrumental in our daily life. Noah has come a long way from being non- verbal and unstable to a young adult who talks Pokemon and is 6ft. tall.
