You’ll probably get an infection. I can’t lie though, my nails look great….but after a lot of pain. My tech was extremely rough with no care to my pain level. She over clipped my cuticles and tore some skin. By the time she started applying products, my cuticles were burning. The place was extremely unsanitary. She was doing my nails on a dirty towel with someone else’s (probably several peoples) nail clippings on it. All the tools used on me were dirty with lots of buildup and she just put them back into the same case with the rest of the tools after she used them on me. Just hoping I don’t get an infection. Be careful if you choose to go here. Otherwise, the place was nice. It would be great if they would just clean and follow proper sanitation procedures.

Pros- big place, appearance with lighting, flooring etc looks nice, NMSU student discount. Nails came out nice and lasted.
Cons- I thought my station for doing acrylic nails was very dirty, it was a busy day before Easter weekend but I think you should get a clean towel and a clean tray of nail tools. Also the guy I had was super non communicative. Not that I want to chat with the nail tech but idk if he even greeted me. He seems good at his job but I did feel like I was just a number getting through the day.

First visit for a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was extremely rough and I came out with two toes bleeding as he tried to trim.
Worst experience.

I walk in rude from the get go. I asked to get my eyebrows done. The ower called me back and came in started rubbing my face with cotton ball. That's fine it's the way she did it. She put very hot wax on my eyes. And pulled with such force I yelled. I never yell or complain with waxing. But today this lady was rude and in a rush. I left in a hurry so piss I could of punched someone. No more.

Never going back. The lady I had was very rude. She was really rough with my toes, she was trying to find ingrown nails on my fat toes. The gel polish came out messy, like she didn’t care. Very unprofessional!

They take their time with the manicure and pedicure. I didn’t feel rushed. Prices are reasonable and you get an NMSU student discount!!

We’ve come here for pedicures a few times and it had been okay, but our last visit didn’t go well. One person had a chunk of skin cut off which caused pain and bleeding, and when the woman doing the pedicure was told that it was painful she continued anyway and laughed it off. One of the other nail techs waaaay overdid it with cleaning up my heels, so one of them is pink and raw, and it’s still painful almost a week later. Definitely won’t be back here.

This salon is a hidden gem! The salon is spacious and the entire staff is friendly. The tech that did my nails today did a phenomenal job! She was focused and pays great attention to detail. She examined each nail to ensure perfection. I am impressed and will definitely return.
