You must be tech-savvy.. asked for help and was told the instructions were on each machine.. and carried on about their conversation and didn't ask if I needed help.. if I was doing ok.. what if I was illiterate and had never used an office machine? That's how machines break

The staff was so helpful. When the delivery driver helped me with an issue. I recommend seeing them for any postal needs and printing services. A tad bit pricy but other than that great experience.
