I have used other fed ex locations that were excellent. For this experience, i wanted to submit an online print order for copies of ten files with tabs. The submission form is normally easy to use, submit files, and produce tabs. I have ordered the same amount of copies and files previously with no problems, and the order was completed within a few hours. At this location, I was unable to submit my files with tabs online. The option for tabs was"unavailable." I called the location and spoke to Jacob. He advised me to submit the job via email. The job was approximately 10 files, 150ish pages plus a list of tabs for each file. The job submitted in the morning was not complete until the following day, approximately late morning. I expected it at the very latest to be done first thing in the morning. I even showed up at 9 (when they open) to pick up the order to no avail. When I finally got the order, around noon, one tab was missing. The hole punches did not line up, and it was twice the amount of money than I expected to pay. Previously, I paid $75 ish for one set of the same project. At this location, I had to pay $110. Ridiculous! After picking up the order, I needed a few loose copies. I used their pay at the copier to produce 10 copies of 10 pages stapled. The competed product included blank pages and missed matched awkward pages. Jacob fixed them by copying the project behind the counter. Thank you, Jacob. I do NOT recommend this location. They overcharge for a completely botched product.

This place is terrible. Told me one of my prescriptions was $941. I went to Albertsons and it was $19. I had to drop a FedEx off and they said that their equipment was broken and they couldn't take it. This place is dead to me.

My office NEVER uses FedEx to ship documents. So I was a bit surprised when I was asked to send some via this carrier. I can't speak to the printing but I did see some machines that would certainly make a banner if you needed it. I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. Or if you just need a self service copier for a resume on some nice paper...they have that too.My reason to be there was to ship. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.
