The lady at the counter was rude and refused to look at my proof of my packages even before that I told her the shipping number and my name and she found the package but refused to let me know anymore information about my package cause it is a package that has to be sent to a s store but she refused to give me info about it even tho it was in my name just the address of course cannot match cause it is illegal to get it sent to my house and I’m not gonna do that but she was not kind and very unprofessional I just wanted information on a package that was mine but they refused to give me anything one it

Staff was very helpful. Found out they do have 2 day shipping rate under $15. Was pleasantly surprised in this day of high prices and terrible economy.

Had some prescriptions sent from my parents from Oregon to myself in New Mexico as I just moved here and couldn’t get them filled here. These medications are extremely important to my daily functioning. Paid an exorbitant amount for 2 day shipping and they couldn’t find our house and DIDN’T CALL THE NUMBER (my phone number) ATTACHED TO THE DELIVERY. Was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and sat in a wheelhouse until Monday. Drove 2+ hours to las cruces on Saturday to find the package and left notes on every single door of the warehouse with my tracking number and name and PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. They attempted redelivery on Monday AGAIN WITHOUT CALLING and my partner just happened to be driving down our road and chased him down. They were taking my life dependent medications back to Las Cruces 2 hours away from my home AGAIN!!!! I will never, EVER again use FedEx Express to intentionally ship anything again. Our ground delivery guy called us the first time he couldn’t find the house and now meets us every single time at the end of our road by calling us. Out of 3 prescriptions the most expensive one was perishable and destroyed. These were shipped on ice to arrive in 2 days and I received them FIVE days later. FedEx owes me $214 for the destroyed medication and shipping costs. They have yet to reply to the claim I filed on Friday. Shame on you, FedEx.
