“The best gun counter staff I have ever encountered in a big box store. Jacob, Brianna, Jake and Ethan are first-rate. They have to deal with boomers, Karens, and straw-purchase attempts all day, every day, while simultaneously trying to provide 'customer service' to people who don't even know what that means but are more than willing to get behind their keyboards and criticize these kids for doing the best they can for entitled customers who still believe the customer is always right, though in reality they seldom are, and are often, in fact, attempting something illegal.
