If I could give less than a star I would. I've sent in my son's information to get his order started and we are now a month in and still have yet to recieve anything. I call weekly to check where the status is and they still ask for more info EVERY time I call. "We still need XYZ..." even after they confirmed that got everything they needed to process the order. It should not be this difficult to get an order in and delivered!

I would leave no stars if I could. Every single month I have an issue with getting my sons supplies on time. You have to constantly call and make sure that they are actually working on your order although they send a message saying they are working on it. They will always "mark it urgent" if they mess up and there is still absolutely no sense of urgency. They are very disorganized and need to communicate to eachother better because nobody knows anything about what is going on even if you constantly call. Go elsewhere if you have a choice because these people don't ever deliver on time or communicate if there's a setback with your order unless you call yourself! Wait times are 20+ minutes minimum every time.

I'm still waiting for my portable little oxygen tanks I don't know what is going on but maybe I think they only hand pick people to help it's not good for business at all they should be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but there not like they don't know how to run a business period

Before Covid I had the best coordinator but she sadly passed away. For the passed 2 years, I've tried getting a hold of someone from the Pediatric department to properly order my son's tracheostomy supplies. They dont answer or return my calls. Currently Looking to find another DME

Find another company to purchase your wheelchair. WHEELCHAIR AND WALKER IS RECOMMENDED. Reason why is no tech is ever available for repair, and when it is your turn, he had excuses of forgetting his gear to test why it is not working. He was more worried about missing the company lunch that he did not care if it was fixed and left with it not working. It's Thanksgiving week, and I can not move at all. I told him about it, and all he said was that the company was having lunch, and he did not want to miss it. So he left and I am now not able to move at all. People find another company for your wheelchair needs. They will not ignore you like the staff of HME.

Went down to the office in Las Cruces. I gave them my updated insurance information. The girls at the desk were not very friendly. 4 months later I get calls telling me they don't have my updated insurance. I give my policy number to them. The next day they call saying the same thing. They don't have my insurance info. I ask the girl, "Is this going to be taken care of, or am I going to have to do this multiple times?" She says,"I can't guarantee anything " . Unbelievable!!!

These people are worthless. I called a month before my surgery to make sure they had the supplies my doctor ordered to take care of me after my surgery. They assured me that they did and everything would be taken care of and made available to me before my surgery. Two days before my surgery, I still didn't have what I needed. I kept getting the run around from them.

Just an awful experience that goes on and on. I continue to receive mysterious, unexplained bills years after obtaining my equipment with no explanation. Trying to call somebody in billing was ridiculous: I left eight messages and an email over the course of a week to try to get answers. This place is an absolute joke and I'd rather shove a rabid weasel in my eyeball that have to deal with these people again.

I have issues with this company every month for my daughter's supplies, even though the supply order is the same every month. Nothing changes, except for how HME decides to fulfill (or not fulfill) that order that month. I have started to have to ration her supplies and reuse things because I don't know if HME will send our order on time and I don't want to run out of her supplies (which happened last month). I have to reach out to my daughter's specialists every month to help supply us with needed supplies because HME didn't send the order on time or didn't send a complete order. Every time I call, the representatives send an "urgent message" to whatever department supposedly handles whatever issue is going on with our order that month, but to date I have never received a call back from anyone. My husband and I have both left messages for supervisors asking for help and we have never received any return calls. Just this morning, I called to double check on our supply order (like I have to do every single month even though nothing with the order changes) because it usually ships around this time, and I was just told that the fulfillment date has ben changed to November 1. This does not work with our supplies for when they sent the last order (September 26). When I spoke to a representative regarding an incomplete order earlier this month, I was told that my daughter's supply order for November would process on October 20, but now it will supposedly process on November 1, leaving my daughter without her formula that is only available via prescription. Again, an "urgent message" was sent to whatever department handles this issue, but this doesn't change the fact that an infant that needs these medical supplies to survive will suffer because of how incompetently this company is run.If I could use a different company I would, but HME has a monopoly in New Mexico for whatever reason. I don't understand how a company with so many negative reviews across so many websites can continue to operate in this way because something is obviousy not working.

I recently had a baby June 21st I went to 41 weeks. My midwife has been trying consistently to get ahold of somebody at hme to get my breast pump in order. And to no one's Surprise by reading the comments nobody answers there web site doesn't seem to work and they don't seem to care to fix any of there problems.

I called this company multiple times and was told I'd receive a call back within 24 hours. I've yet to hear back from anyone. I'm continuing to be charged for a piece of equipment my son no longer uses, and was never told it was a rental. I was never given instructures on how to return the piece of equipment.

I have a bed at home that is broke and no one will pick up the phone to pick it up. I'm stuck in the hospital because plastic surgery won't let me be discharged until I receive a proper bed . I've been trying to call for a week ! HELP IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A BETTER COMPANY FOR AIR LOSS BEDS PLEASE LET ME KNOW ! HME your bed will be in the trash already called insurance to refuse payment of bed ! They should be out if business, and I've call Better Business Bureau.

Employees at the Las Cruces office don’t do anything cannot pick up the phone. My father’s bill was paid in full yet they were still pulling money out of his bank account and nobody takes responsibility. They say calls are rerouted to Albuquerque yet. Nobody returns a phone call.

I've been without oxygen since my concentrator stopped working 2 weeks ago. I call and stay in hold for an hour before I get frustrated and hang up. And I've tried the call back feature but I never receive a call. I should have read these comments before I choose this company.
