“I had a great time at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces. It's a 4.5 star hotel, but I would round up to 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. I especially liked that they used non-disposable plates and forks for breakfast. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but it wasn't a major problem.”

“We attempted to eat in the hotel restaurant on Saturday evening arriving at about 5:15. There were another 15 or so customers in the restaurant. After we placed our order, we waited. And waited. And waited. The server assured us that our order was coming out, but it didn't. About an hour and a half later, it was served, but it was served incorrectly. Not focusing on quality like gummy risotto and dry chicken, one person in our party ordered the steak, the only steak I think, without the mushroom topping, smashed potatoes, and asparagus. The server took the order without comment. What was served was steak with mushrooms, some sort of potato pancake, and no asparagus. We asked the waitress and she said, this is the way the chef says he can make it. It would have been nice to know that they weren't cooking what was ordered before it was placed in front of us with no opportunity to order something else.We asked for the chef. He said this was the way potatoes were on the menu. We disagreed and had him look at the menu. He agreed that the potatoes ordered were on the menu, but the menu was wrong. He took the plate and walked away. No offer to redo it. I personally found his arrogant behavior rude.Two members of our party ordered ice cream, which was eventually served the consistency of a milkshake.Regular contacts with the hotel and the corporate office have not resolved the issue. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in the poor treatment and the behavior of the chef, but even more so in the lack of responsive resolution.”

“Good place for a homely stay. What I liked is the full fledged kitchen which I don’t normally see in many other Marriott hotel chain. Property was clean and had ample parking space. Few things to take care is periodic checking of clogged wash basins, my room had bathroom one clogged. Breakfast buffet was good and had enough English dish spread and many few hot items too. Overall I am happy with my stay and would like to recommend to my friends and family while around.Noteworthy details: Fully equipped kitchen”

“Traveling from Tx to Az. So we had two rooms. The first room (for my son and his girlfriend) TV wouldn't even turn on so they had to replace his. Then our room the TV wouldn't change channels input nothing. So they had to come fix ours. Also my son didn't have a Personal inside the door lock. So staff or anyone with a tool could break into his room. Like it was GONE! .. Case and Point - when they came back with his TV, They just unlocked there door and walked right in with there TV. Didn't knock or anything. Like iam glad they were decent.Safety: No private in room lock for one of our doors. Didn't feel safe at ALL”

“The hotel lobby and breakfast areas were nice and updated, but the rooms could use some updates and maintenance. Also, the a/c wouldn't stay on, so it wasn't my favorite stay. One thing that was impressive was an area set aside for Diamond Elite members.”

“The night lady who was up front was super sweet made us feel very welcomed. The morning lady was just straight foward no good morning or anything from her or not even a thank you for staying there I handed over my room cards with a good morning and she took them and that was it. But we really liked staying here.Rooms: Room beds are very comfy, clean, and quiet. Very good place to really rest.”

“I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received at the Mission Inn. We interacted with 3 staff members; Natalie at the front desk, Tracy in the café and another front desk person whose name I did not get. All 3 of these gracious women made us feel welcome and like we mattered. The room was spacious and comfortable but the customer service is why we would visit the Mission Inn the next time we are in the area. Kudos for exemplary customer service!!”
