Jimmy and Sonia were fantastic! I had a few deep scratches on my brand-new Subaru, and Jimmy and his team handled everything flawlessly. The quality of the work was outstanding—the paint job looks like it never even happened—and the pricing was completely fair. If you need any paint repair on your car, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

There are few choices in Cruces (Integrity and a guy on the east mesa that I know of) if you want a respray of your car. I priced Integrity and the other guy (the east mesa guy was 2x the price and about three months wait - actually 8 months later I never still heard back from him). I ultimately chose Integrity because of the price and shorter wait time. I worked diligently with Jimmy on my project and couldn’t have been happier.
Jimmy took my tired, sad classic and elevated it to the next level. He listened to my finicky details - fill this hole, remove this dent, blank the antenna, color match the side mirrors, etc - and he delivered. The car now looks majestic due to his expertise.
I couldn’t recommend Jimmy enough and definitely think you should swing by his new shop on Picacho and chat with him. Note that Integrity is now located at 2417 West Picacho in the old Ruiz Tire location across the street from O’Reilly Auto Parts

I am so glad we found Integrity Body Shop. Best estimate, timely service, done on time as promised (& fast. Months sooner than other shops could help us!!!) Sonia was patient and helpful with my many phone calls (I appreciate her bilingual skills, too.)

I can't say enough positive things about this place. I had a dent in my front fender. They got me in for service within 2 days, they were super friendly and professional. They are the best and they really live up to their name "Integrity". I came here for a headlight bulb replacement and headlight leveling adjustment. They were brutally honest and really nice people. I am currently a student and these type of work costs a lot, but these folks were willing to help me without any cost. They are the best people.
