giving it 3/5 because i went for the first time the other day and instead of being greeted i was told “hurry up you have 20 minutes to shop” and there were other people after me who got told “hello, how are you” and i felt like i was rushed and followed! the prices were good too but i won’t go back just because how rude the little short lady was! ugh.

I went in here looking for a seam ripper. They did indeed have seam rippers, but they were so expensive. I knew they only cost about a dollar at Walmart, but Walmart had been out of them for a long time. I decided to wait longer, because I knew I could get them for half the price at Walmart when Walmart finally got them in again.The store was clean and well organized, but everything seemed pricey.

I always find some great crafting stuff here, I prefer it over the other craft store in town that discriminates against women's health care, so I always end up here, at JoAnn, where everyone is friendly and helpful. Their fabric selection is phenomenal!

I didn’t buy anything yet and really just wanted to look and get ideas about what kind of materials I want to use for a future project.. so i can’t talk much about prices because I didn’t think that far into it..But there was a girl who worked there with red hair and a cool haircut.. who was the friendliest worker of all time!!If every employee was that joyful and friendly, not only would I want to buy anything I ever needed there.. but I would go there just to buy something I didn’t need once in a while just to brighten my day..I guess I never realized how much a big welcome to the store.. could make you feel like you’re actually being WELCOMED to the store!!(her welcome was so enthusiastic)I think her name was Kristy if i remember correctly.. and all I can say (assuming that was her name) is that EVERY store needs a “Kristy” and because of her attitude and personality.. I can’t wait to return to this store again!!

The girl who works there with red hair (I think her name is Kristy) is the most welcoming and friendly person ever. Usually someone says welcome to the store and it feels like something they're just required to say and it means nothing.. but this particular girl made me feel like she was actually happy to have me in the store and anxious to help me.What a great feeling to ACTUALLY feel welcomed to a store.Every business needs an employee like her.. it makes me never want to shop anywhere else.Great employee.. She is the perfect example of what every business should be doing The store itself is great.. but I just want to say thanks to the red headed girl in this store who renews my hope that there are actually some people who care about their jobs and doing it the best way they can.Congratulations to the store that hired her.. and thanks for making my day so much better than it was before I walked in the door

Im from out of town and decided to come in to look at the pattern books. Good thing I did, they have a sale on them. Julianne, I believe her name is. Shes quite funny, she was making me laugh while cutting my fabric. Their store is very small but its very organized and clean! The one thing I had a hard time even doing was going to their public one bathroom. On the toilet paper dispenser, it says not to "put the toilet paper into the toilet". I thought, "where then? The trash can?!" I was not happy about that so I did not use. But whenever back in Las Cruces again, I will definitely be back.
