A sale would never have happened. After 15 years together, I told my Lady " Let's put a rock on your finger". The closer we got to the shiny jewelry, we were ready to walk away immediately. Way too many choices of items I have no idea about and cannot even pretend to decide on. Then came Marco Gonzales. This smiling fellow approached us and began to calm our agitated escape. He engaged my nervous and shy Lady and asked all those questions necessary to narrow the search of what brought us to KAY. This approach instantly gave us comfort. I had to call it out. I said " I see what your doing! Your comforting us, educating us, and breaking down our needs. We have been looking everywhere for you!". To say Mr. Gonzales made us feel welcome and calm is an understatement . He has empathy for the massively intimidated. Breaking this down a touch further, Mr. Gonzales at the Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces, New Mexico, treated us with respect and gave us confidence and knowledge of our purchase. Then, to me , what meant the most was closing. The ring must be sized. But, the earrings we could take. Marco placed the earrings in the box and did not close it. He was back and forth making sure all our needs were met. Then he walked to my Lady and presented the earrings in a manner that resembled royalty. The experience could not have been better. It is what prompted this letter.Thank you,Jamison Whitley

I went to the mall to find a gift for my mom’s birthday. I stopped at Kay jewelers and was helped by Jelli, she was amazing with helping me find the perfect present. I highly recommend shopping there.

Terrible experience! Zales has the same rings up to 70% off. Worst way to start off the rest of my life with someone else. We had purchased two separate rings, exchanged it for another had to pay an additional $300 and then they sent the new ring off to resize and it came back the same size. The manager called me saying the ring was ready but to our surprise they say that the ring can’t be sized that small. The manager had no clue didn’t check the ring when it came back NOTHING. We were left in limbo and now don’t have a ring at all. These people just want to make a sale they aren’t going to check and see if things will work for you. Do not buy from here unless they have what you want in store and your size. Go to Zales! And their credit program here is garbage as well.
