I went on the Sunday before Christmas and the line to check out was super long. But it went really fast and was a pleasant experience.

Went in to purchase a pair of shoes that were listed on sale for $56 at 8am when they opened. When I checked out they rang up $75. Asked the cashier why. She had to call the manager up there and she checked and said the sale ended this morning. Asked if I wanted them and I said no Dicks Sporting Goods has them on sale for $59. Never offered to match Dicks price or the sale price and I walked out.

I purchased a Dutch oven online during the Black Friday sale. Originally priced at $110 and I only paid $42 for it, great. I received the Dutch oven and the lid was warped, so it wouldn’t seal properly. Things happen and products can be defective, I’m fully understanding of that. When I took it in yesterday to exchange it through store or online again. I was told sorry that the sale can’t be honored on a replacement in store or online and a refund of $42 was my only option. It wasn’t my fault that it showed up defective. Needless to say your app is deleted off my phone and I won’t be shopping in your store again.
