It's one of the fanci stores but it's too expensive, there aren't many people because of the prices. If they were a little more friendly and accessible, maybe they would have more customers, but I understand it's an exclusive store and if people aren't up to their standards, then they won't look at you well, good luck. with your sales.

Worst place in the world to shop, employees follow you around like a lost puppies to see what they think is going on passing judgment. They are rude and judgemental! Sephora employees are the same cant even look made me feel uncomfortable. I WORK hard for the money I get from my pay check. I'm glad I have the option to never want to go back.

Judged and followed throughout the store because my husband and I had backpacks we use instead of having to pay for bags from different stores and carry them around when we go out shopping.

I went to Kohl's and the prices on the item I bought was less expensive than the other companies. The store is very well maintained and the employees are very professional and helpful.

Was just at Kohls, Christmas season is here & the store was busy. Was helped by the loveliest associate in Sephora. The associate was busy but multitasking helping several guests. While my transaction was processing some guests in line behind me made discriminatory, rude remarks about the associate. The associate was unflappable; never stopped being efficient, helpful, kind, and GLOWING. I really appreciate the service with grace and a smile.
