Brenda (Cashier) is one of the best if not the best at Kohl's. She went over and beyond to help us. We went to purchase a gift and purchased a lot more than just a gift. Brenda mentioned the sales that Kohl's had and she made our shopping experience very pleasant.

Unfortunately three sales associates were okay with the metal security left on my pair of shoes (and sunglasses) that required a metal cutter for removal at home. They did not offer to cut it off for me and just casually stated it would beep in their metal detector at the doors but no problem.
The person who checked me out from Sephora (they offered to scan all my items) said it would be fine and that I would beep on my way out as a courtesy heads up. That person called the other cashiers about this to let them know they had a customer with some items that would be detected on the way out. I didn’t really understand this, as to why she wouldn’t have just removed the security locks on the items, that said. So I made sure that I stopped at a cash register on the way out to inform them of what I was told by the Sephora cashier.
Two ladies were there and said “no problem! You’ll beep but you’re good, she was just giving you a heads up so it didn’t scare you”.
I got home and no regular pair of scissors were able to remove the metal off of my newly purchased sneakers. I had to find a metal cutter inconveniently. They should probably cut this off when they’re fully aware of the purchase and it’s component that they knew would set off their metal detector.

I went to Kohl's and the prices on the item I bought was less expensive than the other companies. The store is very well maintained and the employees are very professional and helpful.

I used a pre paid debit card at this Kohls location. This was the only place I used this card. I purchased a pair of shoes and a USB adapter. Later I returned the adaptor. Within 4 days after these transactions my card information and the remaining $98 dollar balance were stolen!

I really like this store. Unfortunately I don't shop it very often because it is a great distance from my home and currently there is road construction which makes it very difficult to get to. That said, I was in the store on Mar 29th to return some items. The sales clerk at the customer service dept. was very friendly. After picking up a few more things, I went to pay for my items and I had the pleasure of a sales clerk by the name of Cass ringing up my items. She went a step further and asked if I received my email for the day, which contained a mystery coupon. She was very patient while I retrieved my email. I was awarded with a 45% off coupon. I couldn't thank her enough. Deedee (the store manager) please take care of Cass as she is taking care of your customers.
