I took my Ram 3500 in for overheating. I was told that my hose was leaking and I needed a new one. So I ordered one and took it home for repair. Turns out my hose was fine, it just wasn’t seated correctly from the last tech who worked on my engine. Do you think they fix this to diagnose my hose? No they didn’t. Needles to say I wasted my time and money going to the manufacturer. I will never go back.

The staff is very professional and friendly in person. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone through their phone system. I ended up getting through by selecting a different department and talked to a nice lady named Rusty. I asked for a quote and list of services they typically do at 60,000 miles for my truck and never received a callback, as promised. This was frustrating because I literally showed up to my appointment having no idea what they planned to service and how much it would cost! I will say the facility was so clean you could probably eat off the floors, so that was a good impression.

It would have been nice to talk to the mechanic that diagnosed & worked on my truck. I know that ground squirrels chewed up some of the wiring & 2 warning lights were on. Getting the truck into & out of the shop were both quick. Both contacts....getting the truck in & out were welcoming, pleasant & efficient.

For Starters Mat helped me out. He was Awesome to talk to, very knowledgeable and Polite. He saved me 180 dollars on a part. He suggested that I buy a T Connector for Outlet heater hose on My Charger instead of spending money I didn't have. It worked Perfectly. Thank You Mat. I believe He's the Parts Manager. 10 Stars in my Google Review.

After confirming on Monday Sept 4th and the Morning of Tuesday Sept 5th that they had a specific vehicle in stock, filed out information and financing and drove the 100 mile round trip to see the vehicle, Guess what, they did not have the vehicle. No call, no text, just let me make the drive and then explained they did not have the vehicle or the deal they made me on the computer just twenty hours earlier. So am out the time and the wear and tear on my vehicle. Will not trust in this dealership ever again. Waist of my time and energy.

I was provided excellent customer service by the service drive manager Javier Mendoza. Everything that my vehicle needed was taken care of in a timely manner. Javier communicated with me and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the issue and the repairs done. I highly recommend him for you next service because of his excellent customer service.

Great place but unfortunately the prices have gone up for an oil change. A little over $145 for a simple oil change. They have changed my oil several times at this location and the prices get higher and higher. 5 star for getting an appointment and changing my oil in a quick and timely manner. But the price has brought my rating down. Will have the check the price next time before I consider coming back.

I'd give these guys ten stars if I could! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆Viva Dodge came in clutch with helping me get into a vehicle when I needed it most. My salesman, Diego was absolutely amazing, and went far above my expectations as far as what he was willing to do to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. This was the quickest car buying process ever. I made an appointment and I was late but they still fit us in immediately. Diego was very helpful and patient (because I am picky) and was not pushy. Then Julie in finance another amazing gem got in and out quick. If you are looking for a vehicle go see them.

I still don't have my car back, and it's the 41st day of them having my car in their shop. It didn't move for 16 days. This whole ordeal has been ridiculous, and I would never in my life recommend this dealership to anyone. Yes, the front desk is friendly, but if they don't get anything done for over a tenth of a year, who cares? This also happens to be the third time that I've had to send my car back to them, absolute incompetent workers in the shop, front desk workers who are willing to lie to you about where things are, and I'm just absolutely done with these people. lies, lies, and false promises.

The work was done to my satisfaction, however in spite of having an appointment, they did not get to my car until the following day. In addition, some staff are very rude. I called to get an update because they never uprised me of the situation. They do not answer their phones and they do not call back. It's very frustrating working with these people considering they are the only dealer in town.

Rusti Gillis in the service department was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took her time, energy, and kindness to another level when our Trail Hawk was stuck there for 4 months while awaiting parts on back order. When we picked up the vehicle she had it washed and gave us her number to call her if we had any problems since we lived out of state.

I had 2 recall notices on my Jeep Wrangler. I was able to arrive at the dealership when they first opened without an appointment. The service writer was very friendly. She took the time to read through the recall notices. While waiting, I was sent an email with a link In case I had questions. It took a little longer than I expected, however everything was done and overall I'm pleased with the service provided. I will definitely return to this dealership.

I had an outstanding experience on my recent service appointment. Service Advisor Jason Allen went above and beyond to take care of me. First he researched to find out that I still had coupons for free tire rotation and oil change, then found I had an outstanding recall. He kept me informed of the progress of my service, and pointed out a couple of additional things that were due because of the age of my vehicle. Really outstanding service.
