We have just moved to the Las Cruces NM area and have services on more than one occasion already - both Sam and Justin were prompt, professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable - they went above and beyond not only for computer but for electronic and setting up security camera - my husband and I would highly recommend them Thank You !

I do not understand why there’s so many good reviews. The manager or owner of the shop sold me a laptop fully dead, battery won’t hold a charge, and it was locked by someone else. He sold it to me on Facebook. Then said it was an honest mistake. Selling defective items when you own a business? Not the move. I will never purchase anything from him again. And I will tell everyone I know l to do the same. Not to mention he was rude to me when I was trying to get my money back. 0/5 stars

Lifesavers! I was having issues connecting to a WiFi network that I previously was able to connect to. I brought my computer over to Local Tech and within hours they were able to run a full scan and adjust some settings on my computer. I just arrived back at the same coffee shop to see if I could connect, AND IT WORKS! Owner and the other technician were both so kind and helpful. Highly recommend ?

Chose them because they're in my 'hood and I wanted to support a fellow small biz. We agree on the fast, "friendly" "service" but were robbed of money we could barely afford. The issue was NOT with my desktop, but the AC power cord at home ... which they no doubt figured out as soon as they plugged it in their shop. My bad for not trying EVERYTHING at home before going (my PC still didn't work even after bringing it home until I tried a new power cord)... but an honest business owner would have only charged us the cost of a replacement power cord. Just like shady mechanics, we're at their mercy and hope Karma does her thing.

left my computer here, I was told it would be done over the weekend. got my computer back, they did not solve either issue. then I went back, I was told it would be done in a week, turns out I need a new fan. fine, costs money and that is ok. one of the issues is fixed, but not the other after a month

Local Tech performed a miracle and saved our server computer that was burnt out by a power outage. They were quick, reasonable, and friendly throughout the process. We had them redo our business server system afterwards, which turned out beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone who needs expert tech support or repairs!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that don't talk down to you. Albert goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care care of in a timely manner and explains everything thoroughly. Local Tech is definitely my go-to for any computer needs.

Awesome customer service, great prices, and quick service. Only place in town that fixes Mac. Ended up getting my Mac fixed and bought a great computer at a steal of a price. Thank you guys I really appreciate it

Needed to see if a laptop still worked after being left in the rain.Didn't have a charger so they let me use one they had.It turned on and the guy there sold me that charger at a good price so I didn't have to wait for shipping through Amazon.Everyone here has always been willing to help, offer honest advice, with friendliness, patience, and great customer service.Definitely recommend you try this place first for electronic needs.
