You are only able to access your belongings during their office hours so hope you don’t need to get your things any other time that that because you will not be able to access them. On their website it says “ our convenient access 7 days a week make it easy to get to your belongings whenever you need them.” which is a complete lie. Just forewarning anyone who wants to store their things here

Went with my daughter to get her stuff out. It was a little creepy even in the day time. I think they should at least have someone walk around from time to time. Being in the back anyone could be waiting there.

This is a truly terrible business. I rented a small storage unit for $35 per month. Within three months, without notification, this company raised the monthly rate for the tiny space to $50 per month. Several months later, again, without notification, the awful, unethical business raised the monthly fee another $29, bringing it to $79 per month. This is more than a 100% increase in fees in one year's period of time. I have reported them, today, with the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. They should be closed down and prosecuted.

The person who helped me was totally awesome. I was unloading my second load and arrived 5 minutes to close and the lady was super nice and let me unload my stuff even though she done l locked up the door. She was really nice and friendly and superful helpful. Storage place is very nice and clean totally recommend.

This place is pretty good for the price. I got one of their smallest units (4x4). The only issue I had with my unit was the lack of accessibility. I have to get a much taller more able bodied friend to help me get things in and out of the upper 4x4 units. They're also made out of wood that is starting to show its age so take care from splinters.The customer service was really good. They make it really easy to pay online or over the phone. The guy there is really friendly and helpful. He didn't make moving in or out a big fuss, super easy to work with.The overall shape of the building can lead to awkward encounters. Where my particular unit was, the passage was fairly narrow so it makes it difficult to drive around anyone in that one spot. It's easier in compact cars.Overall I'd say 4 stars. The lack of accessibility is enough to take it down a notch.
