I have had the worst experience at this Lowe's, Mike in appliances is horrible. He's a racist pig. He yelled at me another customer had to come to my defense and say you're completely wrong and out of line. They couldn't get the delivery date right for the delivery of my dishwasher, then when they finally delivered it, it was broken, so they had to take it back, I ordered the Samsung. It was ordered on September 19, here we are today at October 16 and still going through with Lowe's. Finally, after 2 weeks, a manager calls me and ask my mom and I if we would except an upgrade at no additional cost and they will deliver it in a couple of days, well, my mother agrees to the upgrade I personally did not want to do it, but she was in desperate need of a dishwasher so she trusted the manager of Lowe's, mind you my original order was a Samsung. They delivered us a whirlpool that was completely unsatisfactory and was clearly not an upgrade, so I call them and tell them I want them to pick it up and give me a full refund they couldn't even get that right. They couldn't get a delivery person out to uninstall what I told them that I would have Home Depot uninstall it and if there was any charge, I'd let them know so they can reimburse me, the whole experience was just horrible. Needless to say on this date Monday, October 16 we still don't have our refund. A manager by the name of Denise gets involved. She could barely figure out anything, the first day I dealt with her she was kind and very understanding today I deal with her and she's miserable. Her energy is off. She tells me that she's got six people to interview for a job waiting on her, she was the one who said to come back on this day at 3pm which is the time I got there, so I made the suggestion because her energy was so fucked up that she go and do what she needs to do and call me back and I'll be more than happy to come back and resolve this problem. In addition, I asked her is there any way they can compensate us with a gift card for all of our troubles she said she would ask a manager and let me know when she calls me back. Well she just called me back and said the refund is at the store in cash and I need to bring my ID to come pick it up and as far as any type of compensation, the manager said no, now I have been to that store several times in the last month and they've held up my money cost me time, stressed my mother out and he says no not even a $25 gift card. You're ready to lose a good customer for not wanting to compensate or even apologizing for the cruelty that that store employees have given us. Lowe's is AWFUL. The light at the end of my tunnel is that The Home Depot felt empathy for me, gave me a discount on the same Samsung and had it delivered and installed with no issues in a matter of 3 days...

Beware this company, very unprofessional and Lowes is no better. This company is contracted by Lowes hardware, they called to schedule an appointment for a HVAC replacement quote for and no one ever bothered to show up nor call to explain or reschedule. I contacted Lowes and the manager stated someone from Mechanical Technologies will call me back for rescheduling. Yet again, NO call frome this company. My thought is, if they can't even show up for a quote what is keeping them from showing for a service call or emergency. Beware this company, very unprofessional and Lowes is no better.

the older man working in appliances today 8/3 was so rude to my parents!! makes me furious. First off they went to buy a dryer and was asking him questions and his tone, his demeanor, his answers were rude. I don't even know why he works in customer service. If he cannot even help. My dad who is a disabled veteran asked about the military discount and he said you guys don't offer that since the last two years?? I think the store needs to teach their employees how to treat customers better. My parents drove two hours and to be treated this way is unacceptable!! DO BETTER LOWES EMPLOYEES!!!

I called for assistance 4 calls and when the associate finally picked up I asked to speak to a manager he said " a manager" and laughed was on hold for 20 minutes no one picked up, I am glad these calls are recorded so they can be reported to corporate. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had previously posted an excellent review regarding Lowes, however that was in another town and state. I have never been disrespected by installers than I have this time. They made no attempt to wipe their shoes or better yet to cover them, as you can see by the pictures they made a mess of my kitchen. I had a new refrigerator delivered a few weeks back and when we removed the plastic there was a huge gouge by the water dispenser. They brought a new one today and asked if I just wanted the door replaced. The originally installers told me that couldn't be done because it's where the water comes in. So I said no, which pissed them off and as they were bringing in the new refrigerator they knocked it against the door causing a dent and a scratch. They would not give me my old one back (I wanted it because it was cold) they refused. I called Lowe's and was told they were independent contractors and there was nothing they could do. It seems that no one will take responsibility for anything. I will not be using Lowes in Las Cruces again. My cabinets and countertops will be ordered elsewhere. This is for the paint department in particular. They are just amazing and especially Karla. She works twice as hard as anyone there. They are all helpful and pleasant . All are just so very helpful every time we go in there

If I could give it zero stars and still post a review I would. Go to El Paso, it's worth the drive. Been waiting 2 full days on an order of lumber to be delivered. No show no call and you cannot get anyone on the phone. Worst customer service ever.

UPDATE: Lowe's website is not secure!!! BEWARE OF FRAUD!!! My Lowe's account was hacked and someone tried to purchase almost $1500 worth of roofing, in a state, not only don't I live in, but I've also never visited. Today on Lowe's Facebook page I asked why no one from the fraud department had called me as promised, they suggested that the hackers may have used, not only my Lowe's account by mistake, but also put in my password-by mistake. What kind of joke do you have running your Facebook account and I was told that the fraud department was backed up when I called the other evening, but that someone would call me within 24 hours. What a joke! No phone call. I called the next day and I got the same answer and again, nothing. I ended up having to cancel my Lowe's credit card. The reason they said they weren't going to follow up on my claim, was that I canceled my account????? What was I supposed to do? After the hackers changed my email address to one they could use freely, I was no long able to sign into my account. When I tried the response I got was, THIS EMAIL IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH AN ACCOUNT!!!! Someone was able to hack into my Lowes account and order 1500 worth of product. I've called 5 times already and they are still allowing the person to use my name to place orders. Lowes sucks. Go to Home Depot.

Very bad service in the paint department. To the point of the salesperson being such a freak that I'm afraid to return. I spoke to the manager and it sounded like not much was going to be done to fix the problem. Go to Home Depot.

I am currently waiting on my dryer that was purchased over 2 weeks ago. They said they would text me when they were ready to deliver it. Since I work, I had to wait longer so they could deliver it on a Saturday. I waited all morning, then I called Lowes and waited over 30 minutes on the phone. When I finally reached someone, they said that it was scheduled for next Tuesday, but they haven't received it yet. I guess this is common for them to switch the ETA and not call the customer. I have a new ETA, but no one knows for sure if it will be there (and this is coming from one of their warehouses). I don't think I'll buy big appliances from them again. They're not looking out for customers and someone definitely dropped the ball.

Store has sales prices on almost everything but you don't get the sale prices since it already pass. They should remove the tags and not lead customers on thinking they are going to get the sale price as marked. Anyways moving on.

This store has the worst customer service i have EVER dealt with. When you call you are put on hold and passed from number to number and NO ONE picks up. I purchased $7000 worth of kitchen appliance from them a year ago. When I went into the store to purchase it I asked be for purchasing if they could deliver. I was told YES. Once the items came in they could not deliver them. I have to find a way to pick them up and unload them at my home. I was NEVER told to inspect them. When I got them unpacked there was issues with the freezer door. And even though I purchased a three year extended warranty I could NOT get them to come repair it. Now a year a year later I am have having issue with the refrigerator and once again NO HELP. They are a sorry place to purchase items from. I am done and will NEVER shop at this store AGAIN. Go to Home Depot for better service.

DO NOT PURCHASE countertops from Lowes. They use a company from El Paso, 77 Stone, to go into your home to measure, cut & install your countertops. 77 Stone did a TERRIBLE JOB installing the stone. My stove can NOT slide out because it's wedged & Lowes/77Stone refuse to correct the problem. Both companies are WORTHLESS!!!
