My favorite weekend project store. I can get lost in this place. I love checking out the new plants and new merchandise. And of course looking at the clearance items too. I'm not allowed to walk off on my own, because I'll probably buy everything. ?

Reasonable prices,good attention but they change the time to return appliances,used to be 3 months and now is 24 hrs. Therfore I preferred to buy my new washer machine at best buy even though they change the return time to just 15 days

They seem to have a lot of problems with organization and management. Things are not signed by them properly when I bought a trailer causing me great difficulty licensing said trailer and they failed to get signatures from me when I picked up a pre paid special order item causing them problems with billing me. The store and products are great but training is seriously lacking with proper procedures for selling and accounting of products other than ordinary store stock items. This causes the perception that they aren't exactly professional in some areas. Everything worked out eventually but it almost seems they don't know what they are doing.

I don't know if they just have continued staffing problems, but you can't ever find someone to help you. I have been a loyal Lowes customer for years, but I am going to try Home Depot today after I return the items I bought at Lowes yesterday.

Home Depot over this place. If they would have there employees out on the floor helping people. Instead they got there employees playing assist protection spy police. Also the profiling of customer's that your Lowes team does is a ?.

I have had the worst experience at this Lowe's, Mike in appliances is horrible. He's a racist pig. He yelled at me another customer had to come to my defense and say you're completely wrong and out of line. They couldn't get the delivery date right for the delivery of my dishwasher, then when they finally delivered it, it was broken, so they had to take it back, I ordered the Samsung. It was ordered on September 19, here we are today at October 16 and still going through with Lowe's. Finally, after 2 weeks, a manager calls me and ask my mom and I if we would except an upgrade at no additional cost and they will deliver it in a couple of days, well, my mother agrees to the upgrade I personally did not want to do it, but she was in desperate need of a dishwasher so she trusted the manager of Lowe's, mind you my original order was a Samsung. They delivered us a whirlpool that was completely unsatisfactory and was clearly not an upgrade, so I call them and tell them I want them to pick it up and give me a full refund they couldn't even get that right. They couldn't get a delivery person out to uninstall what I told them that I would have Home Depot uninstall it and if there was any charge, I'd let them know so they can reimburse me, the whole experience was just horrible. Needless to say on this date Monday, October 16 we still don't have our refund. A manager by the name of Denise gets involved. She could barely figure out anything, the first day I dealt with her she was kind and very understanding today I deal with her and she's miserable. Her energy is off. She tells me that she's got six people to interview for a job waiting on her, she was the one who said to come back on this day at 3pm which is the time I got there, so I made the suggestion because her energy was so fucked up that she go and do what she needs to do and call me back and I'll be more than happy to come back and resolve this problem. In addition, I asked her is there any way they can compensate us with a gift card for all of our troubles she said she would ask a manager and let me know when she calls me back. Well she just called me back and said the refund is at the store in cash and I need to bring my ID to come pick it up and as far as any type of compensation, the manager said no, now I have been to that store several times in the last month and they've held up my money cost me time, stressed my mother out and he says no not even a $25 gift card. You're ready to lose a good customer for not wanting to compensate or even apologizing for the cruelty that that store employees have given us. Lowe's is AWFUL. The light at the end of my tunnel is that The Home Depot felt empathy for me, gave me a discount on the same Samsung and had it delivered and installed with no issues in a matter of 3 days...

Employees are amazed by women who do DIY. Wow…Employees ring up lumber incorrectly and if a return is needed, you will deal with the ramifications of their incompetent cashier. Customer service does not listen to their customers. I will never shop this Lowes again and will advise all in this community to do the same…

Could not find hardly anyone to help you find something. When finally found someone, they sent me to aisle 1 and then 18 ,then to aisle 19,coming back from front entrance. NOT OVERLY IMPRESSED. STORE NEEDS MORE HELPFUL HELP.

If I could I would give them no stars no customer service. I waited for over half an hour to get a piece of glass cut. Went to costumer service told them what was going on they paged associate still no help. continued to wait in hopes of someone helping but just ended up getting disappointed in the end. Lowe's you need to get it together.
