“I am a Board Certified Physical Therapist who has been in practice for 26 years and I have nothing but praises to say. m-Dona Ana Medical Supply is a god-send!!!!! I fractured both my ankles which required 3 surgeries. I was not allowed to put weight on both ankles. My house is not handicap-friendly-- I have narrow doors and narrow hallways. I have sharp corners between furnitures and rooms in the house. I also travel a lot for work. I was able to retain so much of my independence because of Dona Ana Medical Supply. They have the exact shower chair and wheelchair I needed. They were prompt in answering my phone, immediately after a brief conversation on the ADL's problems I was dealing with, they texted me pictures of their inventory so I can pick exactly what I needed to solve the issues, and they delivered both shower chair and wheelchair to my house the same day. As a physical therapist I cannot say anymore about how satisfied I am, and how thankful my family is for Dona Ana Medical Supply.”

“I'm really surprised with all of the bad recent reviews! The manager was very nice and he was really helpful when I went to look for scrubs today! New people are being trained because he was training them today. But the store itself had a nice variety of scrubs, stethoscopes, shoes and even compression socks! Whatever questions you had he was happy to answer! I had a great experience and would definitely go back!”

“I'm submitting a review although I think that the only people well-qualified to write a review for Sun Country Care Management Services are the clients. Ironically, the clients probably do not possess the writing skills to write a top-notch review, so I'll do it. It was upsetting to me to see the character assassination on Irene Evans from a former disgruntled office assistant. I was a case manager there at SCCMS and I could not disagree with the one-star review more. Irene and her husband treated me like family. They helped me find housing in Las Cruces where I could keep my little dog. They helped me get a car. They helped me move. They gave me rides to places when I didn't have a car. Her and her husband were two of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This snarky "they only care about money" nonsense is ridiculous. It takes great compassion and empathy to work with the population SCCMS serves. Obviously, Shannon did not know her very well. I would say that would be your loss.”

“I would give 5 stars if they didn't play horrifying music on hold LOL! However I can't say enough good about their delivery folks especially Israel and Kevin (otherwise known as the Kevinator 9000!). These guys delivered the needed equipment quickly and professionally. They each have come to my home three times and were an absolute pleasure, not only are they personable and informative they are a pleasure and do their job efficiently and quickly. HME's phone gets a one star but their delivery guys rate a 10 star with me! Thanks HME!”
