Pharmacy was able to find out why I couldn’t locate a drug store that could get this drug. After research he was able to find that they were going to discontinue and even his suppler didn’t have it. Thanks to them my doctor ordered a different drug.

Person at counter was helpful. Friendly and clean atmosphere. When it gets busy the people in back don't come up to help at the counter as quickly as they could. Music is sometimes a little loud recently.

I moved to Las Cruces, NM, a little over a year ago. One of the bigger things I was actively dreading was getting established at a pharmacy. Because of a certain medication that I'm prescribed to, I have been treated poorly and disrespected by countless pharmacies in the past (all of them chains). During my first PCP visit, I casually mentioned this, and she immediately suggested going to Mesilla Valley Pharmacy. I'm forever grateful that she did!I've NEVER had a bad experience here. No one has given me weird looks or made anything difficult in regard to filling and picking up my meds. If I ever had a question, I called and was promptly answered. Getting my medications filled is no longer a source of dire anxiety and frustration for me. I hope this place stays open forever. <3

The Young Man at the Register! Whom by the way was Helpful, and said they would contact me when they received any information from the Insurance Company on whether the Prescription My Doctor gave me Would be Covered! Since the 24th of August No Word! Not even We are Still Waiting! Or No They won't Approve This Medication, it sad that only one Pharmacy in Town only Has this particular Medication!??

Don't torture yourself by going to other pharmacies in town (especially Walgreens in El Paseo ). MVP has friendly staff and friendly service. I'm glad I found them.

I have a toddler who needs compounded medications for his heart. MVP has never left us waiting and begging to fill them on time the way the chain pharmacies have. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Any time there has been an issue they have done everything they possibly can to solve it. Also, my kids love seeing the dog! I really appreciate this place and can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic pharmacy. Responsive and friendly; in fact, the vast majority of the time when a provider sends in a script, it's ready before I even arrive. Highly recommended. Plus bonus: they have a pharmacy dog who sometimes greets receptive patients!

Mesilla Valley Pharmacy & Consulting stepped up and offered to attach my missing Shetland Sheepdog, SkyeWalker's, flyers to their pharmacy bags. They didn't have to, but they offered their help, when they saw my Facebook posts. Mesilla Valley Pharmacy is a locally-owned business that cares about the community...and even missing dogs. Ever since my very 1st visit, I have just been in AWE with the level of service! It has been TOP NOTCH and by far the best ever with the most pleasant experience at a Pharmacy. I remember posting on Facebook after my 1st visit because I felt the attentiveness to the service for my transaction was exceptional and truly heartfelt. Very knowledgeable and professional staff and the place just feels right for me with positive energy.!! Thank you so much for that!! Additionally, I'll let you know that Lucas ? is the ABSOLUTE BEST DOOR GREETER EVER!! I could see him through the front door as I was getting out of the car and was already making my heart smile, inside and out!!!
