Great experience working with Martin!!! Walked in Friday evening, told him I needed to upgrade my phone but needed to be out with 45min. He went above and beyond to get me out on time. Great deal on my phone...but most importantly great customer service! Thank you Martin! I hope other learn to have your type of customer service!

By far one of the most efficient metro locations I’ve visited! My mobile expert Martin got me and my girl the perfect family plan that won’t break the bank and these new phones are dooooope! We were in and out in a flash! Thanks again Martin! Wish more salesman were like this dude 🤙🏻🤙🏻

(Oct 31st Update below)
Under no circumstances visit Metro on Hickory next to Walmart off Valley.
My 80 year old mother went to get a new phone, they sold her a phone she did not want and was far inferior to her current Iphone 14.
They charged her $649 instead of $199 for S24FE Samsung with New Line with the Metro Flex plan @$70 per month with $75 for 1st month.
The phone was obviously used, because the box was incomplete and missing the charging cable, nervously and embarrassed the rep quickly gave her a cable lying around.
The Sales Rep was very rude and condescending, not connecting with the customer and essentially charging her whatever he wanted. To add insult to injury he even gave her a used Iphone cable for a Android device and that cable was broken at the end
Inside her used S24fe phone are two customers personal account information, I can at this moment access and enter their social media sites but of course did not, i have thier names and address of those customers and past and present banking information
The following morning, I immediately called store manager, this guy must be related to the owners because he has no clue how to speak to a customer.
Metro by T-Mobile has a Return Policy that is 14 days, excluding upgrades but this was a new line and in reading the return law I still feel that can be challenged as well have been trying to return since within first 12 hours
Employees on hand are rude and seem to think Metro by T-Mobile policies don't apply to them at all
Only receipt given was Point of Sale, no itemization of charges as my mother had requested, no copy of the flex Plan terms. If you decide to take a chance and allow this group the Dealer is Texas Mobil PCS, your going to get taken advantage of, over charged and nothing will be done to resolve
Only you the future customers can make this right by choosing another service provider for your cellular needs
As for Corporate Tmobile its a shame that they have decided ruin such a proven business model, initially with a broken iphone charger on a $700 supposedly new phone I was prepaid to hold the Sales Rep strictly accountable, this is the new culture of Metro, get out while you can. One Customer Service Manager Kido operator #23207221 first said absolutely the phone will be returned, he stated his ticket will have it cleared up in five days, which I thought upsurd its just a swipe of the card for return, he connected me to his manager John operator #3003018 and days later Star a senior service Manager operator #55532 in the end despite the advertisements currently on their website, despite the horrible way in which my mother was treated, nothing was done.
Store Manager put me in contact with owner Ahmed he promised the return would be processed in few hours the very first day I spoke to him, but we never heard from Ahmed again, and than Hugo Garica who claims to be owner replied to this review asking for me to contact him. Of course I did but he to has since failed to return calls or emails

Never fear New Mexicans you do have rights, this people represent the worst of people, greed no care or concern for the way these families suffer when they steal from them.
Consumer Protection Law in New Mexico concerning returns falls under Unfair Practices Act, it prohibits unfair or deceptive trade practices, false advertising and unfair or unreasonable return policies. Every violation of these laws was perpetrated on my mother.

While on the phone with customer service they cancelled the wrong line (my line!), so I had to go into the store for help since I couldn't use my phone. I was so upset and Nicole helped get everything straightened out pretty quickly.

Went in yesterday to switch my phone. I wanted the $25 a month bring your own device plan (which is advertised online and in posters in the store). On line it states "no activation fees" but for whatever reason I payed $52 rather than the $30 it claimed on the website. I triple verified I was on the plan I requested and they said yes. I got a text before leaving the store saying thank you for your $42 payment. I asked the guy because I was confused and just paid $52 why I got a text about $42. He said it was the plan with the activation cost and I didn't see the other $10 because it was for my sim card. (BTW, my phone is eSim compatible so I shouldn't have needed a physical sim card) today (a day later) I get a text saying my payment will be $42 a month. I went to log into my account on their website and it requires a pin (that I was never asked for) and the security question is about my first elementary school (which I was also never asked for!). Now I have to go back into this fraudulent store to fix it all.
Update: called customer service. I was being charged more for phone insurance which I don't need and didn't ask for. The name on the account was my middle name, the address was some random place in El Paso Texas, the pin was my birth year twice but I was never told, who knows what the answer to the security question was, AND auto pay was not set up even though the employee took my card a second time to "set up auto pay". Customer service made it right and gave me a credit on my next bill since I canceled the insurance right away. We changed the account name, account address, account pin, account security question, and fixed my bill. Avoid this store at all costs.
Watch out for this store they will do whatever they want.
Update #2: I emailed- no response... They just want to make themselves look better

Tried to go in at 7 pm on hickey. And the doors was locked and the girls waved us off as if there were closed by the sign and website said there open till 8pm. They don't open till 12 pm the next day. It hard to believe they could even stay open the 8 hour shift
