Before giving me a quote he came to see what needed to be done and have me a great quote. After we scheduled a day, I immediately got a text confirming it.

I have to confess, the job needed to be done again through my own fault of not deciding on the right spot. He did the job again with the precision and professionalism
My only problem is, he was late for both jobs.

Today I visited my unit for the first time in over a year and couldn't get the latch open. Two older gentlemen walked out with me and put a new latch on in five minutes. They even cleaned out the accumulated dirt in the door jamb. Same goes for billing. It's been quick, easy and problem free. My second storage is with another company.
