Very extremely Horrible experience , they stripped my oil plug and never filled with adequate oil , My oil plug completely stripped very BAD experience they Don't answer the phone the employees hang around in the front Lobby ,phone ringing and they Don't answer calls , VERY BAD Experience ,go where they Value customer service the Technician s look like the Misfits that Nobody needs

Just so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!! Had a truck taken in by a dealership to have Amp steps installed and when I went to pick the truck up they told me everything came out great and it was good to go later to find all the bottom of my cab bent ( didn’t use the right tools) along with holes punched into the cab corners. When I asked the manager about it he said that’s how it’s supposed to be done. I have personal installed these before and never had to bend the cab to get them to work. Even at that if the cab did need to be bent it should have been with the correct tools to prevent this. Wires were also left hanging in front of my pedals when picking up.

There is a sign advertising $19.99 oil changes, which I knew would not include synthetic oil. I called to verify the cost of a synthetic oil change and was told $69.99. After the service was completed I was charged $93.00. I questioned the price increase and was told that oil changes “started” at $69.99 and that they had had to put “extra” oil in my car. I find this really dishonest and misleading. I can assure them that I will not be a customer in the future.
As an additional note, the sign advertising $19.99 does not indicate that synthetic oil changes are more or that the oil changes “start” at $19.99.

Went and had tires put on the front of my 2022 Malibu and had to take it back immediately due to noises coming from the front!! Had to go back two times for them to get it right!!! They said the weights were hitting the tie rod which is impossible!! After leaving there I stop at the car wash to armor all my tires right, and notices my rim on the driver side all beat up !! Not to mention the oil marks that were left from someone’s boots on the carpet!! WAY TOO GO ON SALE TIRES!! Bunches of sorry workers!!!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We were passing through town in an RV and kept losing air in a tire. In less than an hour they found and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!!!
