“Decided to go here for the 1st time a week ago, while my husband was in the hospital. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is located just down the street and I only needed a few things. I was so impressed with all aspects of this little gem. It was clean, everything I needed was available and everyone, from the customers to the associates were more than friendly. I also found management to be very helpful. And, even though this store is located across town, from my home, I went back to do my weekly shopping today. I was not disappointed. WMNM will now be my go to store for groceries...I love this store!!!”

“I appreciate no having long waits at the pharmacy drive through. The sale iems were inexpensive. I do wish, however, that I could use the photo machines to make enlargements of old photos to use as Christmas presents. Also, I wish the pharmacy drive through opened earlier and made it possible to get OTC medicines requiring a signature, like sudafed, without having to go inside when I'm sick. I'll have to go to Walgreens or Walmart for my enlargements.

“I have had nothing but good experiences at both CVS Pharmacies in Las Cruces. I most often go to 940 N. Main as it is usually the most convenient, but both are great. Never had to wait for help unless the employees were totally tied up with customers. And the pharmacy folks have always given great service. Except for 2 or 3 things they don't stock it is my go-to for everything medical or home care.”
“It's a good pharmacy so far, but back then I remember we had to wait for a long time in line because they don't have enough clerks, but good people and nice and respectful, when I used to have my medications sent there I've always had problems like some of my medicine wouldn't be filled out fast or they didn't have any in stock so I would be without for a couple of days, sometimes they say they have sent my dr. A call or message for new reffill but nothing so I would have to call my dr. And they would tell me they have sent in the new prescription in a week ago but but it was a hassle like that for years so I finally changed pharmacy, but my mother still has her meds sent there and looks like they are doing better for now”

“I know there was grumbling when this market was proposed but it seems to be working pit fine. Very busy location close to Mountain View Hospital and all the many surrounding medical facilities. Decent store, smaller than a regular grocery dept at Walmart hut pretty thoroughly stocked with most everything you need. In and out pretty quickly and lots of staff to help. Just a side note, the liquor dept has a better selection of mixers, syrups and bitters than the large locations. Convenience store on the property as well as gas. Have had multiple problems with the gas pump but finally got a clerk to share the secret: insert and remove your card at lightning speed and it works fine. LOL. Sure. I've only been struggling with it for a year (its convenient to my home is why I kept going).”

“I like this CVS store and pharmacy. The staff are great and super helpful, there is almost never a queue. BUT IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE BY PHONE. The CVS phone bot is one of the worst I've ever encountered, it has been programmed in such a way that it makes me wonder if CVS even wants your business.”
“Great cashier! I didn't catch her Name, she was young, only 1 there till the manger was called for back up.
I was buying a bunch of gift cards, and with all the scams it was a long process confirming not fraud , then there's a card $ amount & or qty limit per transaction..
Anyway, the experience all around was great, I appreciate the security 100%. it took an unfortunate amount of time, but as the line built up she kept her cool, called in backup, and was nice the whole time.
I'll drive a few more miles to avoid the 1 on El Paseo.”

“Walgreens on Rinconada may not be perfect in every way, but they are very kind and helpful. I have *never* had an error on a prescription here, but the most important thing to me is I have always been treated with dignity, and like I matter. I have never encountered a crazy acting employee at this store, no one has been unkind to me, made fun of me, or talked down to me. No hot heads here, just decent people. I appreciate that so much about this Walgreens, and Walgreens in general. Thank you!!
UPDATE:
WELL, I cannot believe this but my new Doctor called in some new prescriptions for me a week ago. The most important one is my insulin. They kept telling me it was ready, but when I went there, they said it wasn't, day after day. Then on Friday they were closed for an emergency. I tried to pick it up at a different Walgreens, but it was not in the system!! Do I went back on Saturday, and yes!! They had it. But it would be 300 dollars in cash or I couldn't have it. She told me my insurance was denying it. I know that's not true. I called a different Walgreens and they said the insulin was on clearance sale so they were out of it. I'm most upset about that woman at Wallgreens Rinconada trying to scam me out of 300 dollars, and she was rude, and I was rude back to her. I don't know where to go. Where is an honest pharmacy who will trust my doctors and my Insurance company? i have such great Doctors here. I wish there could be a pharmacy I could depend on.”
