The customer service there is great. The people are awesome. But pioneer is a terrible bank, honestly worst bank I've ever had to use mostly because of their app. I'd suggest to not get this bank just because of how bad the app is. If you're 90 and only visit the bank in person then it might work for you. But it's hot or miss whether or not your card will even work. But most of all, I hate pioneer corporate, they can all burn in hell

ATM never works! About a year ago I tried using the ATM with no luck as usual, so I had to use the drive through which took long enough to make me late to work. When I respectfully complained in the drive through to a teller with a beard about the ATM never working he rolled his eyes and told me " then I should bank elsewhere" I then got the remaining money out and told him to close my account. Apparently he never did. I now am being sent threatening letters saying I owe 380 for overdraft fees even though i cleared my account out and told him to close it.

The University street location has the best customer service. The staff is so friendly and helpful and all greet you with a smile. I told my brother how much I liked this bank and he is going to switch and open an account at this location soon .

Lost count I've lost count on how many times I've been locked out of my funds for "fraud detection". There isn't any notification about it either you get to find out when you need groceries and they're closed. Well this time I'm just going to make a visit to close my account. Problem solved.

I had withdrawn money from a check that cleared 3 and half weeks later I get a letter saying my check didn't clear and I know it had cause I received a notice on my app and they want me to pay it

Never using the atm at this bank again. Tried depositing $45 in the atm and it literally took my money, said "out of service" and got my card stuck in the machine. I filled a atm dispute to get my money back and they told me the money i put in was never there. I am NOT happy about this.

I love love love Pioneer Bank! Their on-line banking app SUCKS, apparently it doesn't like my cellphone (but the feeling appears mutual) but the humans there are the best!!!

There ATM machine never works I've racked up over $300 ATM fees it's because the ATM Pioneer on the University has not worked in months I currently do not have a car and the next closest Pioneer ATM is at the top of Loman a Lohman I'm not gonna walk to Lohman to yomen to use a Pioneer ATM when the one that's next to my apartment should work just fine but it never does I contacted Renee I contacted Renee to get some of those ATM surcharge fees taken off of my Account because I don't feel that I should have to pay $7 fee because they can't keep their equipment working Renee told me that their a team works just fine and refused to even look at my Account and look at the ATM fees if you read the other reviews on this page alone you can see that there ATM never works 300 plus dollars in 4 months in ATM charges in Renee's gonna act like hurry ATM machine works fine she's a horrible manager she never returns a phone call she's rude she's a liar she avoids you and she will never help you unless it unless it benefits her just be warned I hate Wells Fargo But I would much rather bank it Wells Fargo than have anything to do with Renee or Pioneer bank

Every-time I come here I encounter a rude bank teller. They’re always snappy with me and just overall have an attitude. One of the times, I had a negative balance and when I went to deposit my check, they didn’t even let me know or make me aware of the balance (which they’re supposed to), so when I got my deposit slip back I was $130+ short. When I asked her why she didn’t tel me about the balance she got rude and started rolling her eyes at me. This time I went to deposit a check and waited 15 minutes in a line that wasn’t moving at all, and when I finally get to the front, I told the girl I’d just like to deposit my check, and she said okay, so I sent my ID, debit card, and check, then another girl came up and rudely said “are you depositing?” And I said yes, she then says “k, there was a deposit slip in there so next time fill that out.” I said “okay I’ve never been told to fill one out, so I didn’t know” and she walked away. Take your money elsewhere, they’re rude here and the atm rarely works. I was referred here and I liked it at first, but I’m just over having to deal with the rude girls that work there, but you hear them being extra nice and flirting with the guys that go though the drive thru. It’s ridiculous. There’s no reason that customers should be treated this way every time they take their services somewhere.
