The young lady in the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly and showed me where the wood I needed was. The quality and amount of the wood is amazing . Definitely get bang for your buck. Will keep coming. Highly recommend!!!

The place is nice the young lady she doesn’t know what she is doing I asked her if she can help to find out if the have that pot I was looking for and she said let me check and she when in side she come back out she didn’t say anything and star doing something she had me standing there for like 10 minutes and I asked did you find what I asked she said no sorry bad bad service unfortunately

I visited for the first time today. I was looking for railroad ties and I found plenty. They have several different grades from good condition to poor condition and different pricing to accommodate, and the bundles come in 16 count. The boss gave me an extra discount to take 16 even though I originally didn’t want that many but I took the deal. I asked how much the bundle weighed and he said 2000 pounds. I also asked if he thought my truck, dodge ram 1500 four-wheel-drive, would accommodate that kind of weight and he said it would be no problem. I did not have any trouble going home although I did take it slow and easy because the lumber definitely weighed the truck way down. So much so that after unloading I did some research and found that railroad ties can weigh anywhere from 150 pounds to over 200 pounds each. With his assertion of 2000 pounds for a bundle of 16 that would come to 125 pounds each. I believe these were at least 200 pounds and possibly more so the 2000 pounds of railroad ties I thought I was hauling was probably more than 3000 pounds. That weight is at least 2000 pounds more than the truck is rated for. I did not have a bad experience but I would caution anyone buying that many railroad ties to be sure your truck can handle it and the weight may not be what they say it is.

Fabulous customer service. Miguel went above and beyond to insure that we found the perfect color stone for our new home. He ordered samples directly from the manufacturer not just online catalogs that the other local vendors provide. Additionally he was able to coordinate a special delivery price through one of his many contacts. The personal customer service didn’t stop after the sale. Once the product arrived Miguel worked directly with our installer to ensure a smooth on site delivery. QFM proves once again why supporting a local family owned business is always a priority to us and important to the community.

Fabulous Customer Service. The owner went out of his way to get us exterior stone samples from the manufacture to help us choose just the right color. Other local suppliers just offered catalog images. Additionally he saved us hundreds of dollars in delivery costs. He personally reached out to our installer for delivery dates and time. I highly recommend this family owned business.

It's definitely worth a look around if you're shopping for pots, river rocks, flagstone, water fountains, firewood, and more. Bring a sun hat and sun screen because you'll be here for a bit. They got plenty to look at, and my pictures don't do them justice. The service is slow every time we've gone, just be patient with them, they'll get around to ya. They do deliver to El paso. However, showing up in person to get a quote will be the way to go. They would need to know exactly what it is you're ordering, the quantity, and also where in El Paso you are located before telling you a delivery quote. Prices are decent, and I highly recommend them!

An Original in Las Cruces - source of so much more than Firewood! Miguel is a hardworking man providing us weekend warriors with quality materials for many outdoor projects. My wife loves to go here with me and “walk the pots”. I’ve purchased several truckloads of RR ties and pallets of stone - I love to play with real materials! Front yard delivery is a bonus. Thanks Miguel for the huge investment you have made so folks in Las Cruces have a real source of excellent quality materials!
