I am so blessed by all the help and expertise Maria has given me over the years. I was even able to store a baby grand piano. Her kindness and expertise and ability to solve problems and answer questions and the quality of the facility have made all the difference. Thank you, Maria! Thank you, Roadrunner!

I had reserved a unit 5by 5. It was too small. I had called the number on the website and the one that is on the glass door to change unit sizes. I had called,left voicemails,emails to fet help. And nothing. I was there between 1:20pm-3:15pm. And the office was closed.
So I had to went ahead and helped myself. I was on a time from with the movers. And having to move out everything by 4pm. And no call backs, nothing. I understand if you guys were on break between 1:30-2:30. But past your lunch break and not coming back. And not hearing back
Its like what's the point of even working there if your not doing your job right?? But like I said ill be there tomorrow morning. Hopefully the owner or the manager will be there. Because that is just really poor customer service. And it looks bad. And plus you guys had another customer waiting and tried getting ahold of you guys.

We had just moved into town, the house we leased sight unseen from New Emgland prior to moving to Las Cruces, was filty when we got here. We only had 1 day to find climate controlled storage before our stuff arrived. When we arrived at Roadrunner self storage, we were greeted by a very customer focused manager, Maria. While our need was short-term, she still helped us out! Thankfully we were able to find a beautiful home to move our things into. But, cant say enough positive things about this storage facility!

This storage facility is really good.
They treat you with respect, & are really nice to you.
That's why any time I come in town to do job's, I rent here.
With their servalients cameras, it's like entering Fort Knott's. When I'm away from the facility, I have peace of mind. & Their prices are very reasonable. I would encourage anyone to come and check them out first.
