They had no cashier's at the register and had long line at self checkout it was sad seeing the 2 guys from security assistance self checkout and the cashier were stalking not ringing anyone up this store is poorly managed. Shout out to those 2 guys going above and beyond.

Self check out is redundant, first you self checkout all security tags are still on , then you move to another cashier that only removes tags, scans every item

Horrible service. If you don’t want to do your job then quit, simple as that. Girl who checked us out was full of attitude. Sorry for shopping at A RETAIL STORE. 🤦🏻♂️

If I could, I would give them a big minus! I was there on 1/25/25. Found the item I was looking for. I was there for about 20 minutes. I did not see any employees. When I went to pay for my item, there was no cashier. No employee at the front. Self checkout was the only lane open. I checked out and paid. The security guard who had just seen me scan my single item said he needed to scan my receipt and item. Why? To say the least, absolutely no customer service. If I ever go back, I'm going to look for time clock so I can clock myself in and get paid for my time scanning my items. Unfortunately, it's just not Ross lacking customer service.

Broad selection of clothes. Very hit and miss though. Sometimes I come out with a lot other times nothing.

Never have normals registers open only self checkout out. Then when you are leaving they have you waiting longer after the cue to check out since their security has to check receipts and take off security tags. Maybe have a regular cashier who does this to not have customer spending 15+ minutes checking out and leaving store. Overall customer service is awful as well the employees are rude as well.

I visited the Las Cruces store Monday morning about 7:30 a.m. This store was a MESS and there were huge boxes in the aisles associates were unpacking/scanning. Couldn't get through. The music was so loud and obnoxious. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I walked into Marshalls and it was wonderful! Clean, neat, friendly and festive. I won't ever go back to Ross.

Treats everyone like they are thieves. Mean muffin muggin security at the front of the store like relax ross on Lohman, no one wants to steal your overstock you get for pennies. Seriously treat people with dignity and of security is necessary they do not have to breathe down everyone's back
