The worst when it comes to having your orders delivered to your vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional. Orders are always wrong or missing items and then they treat you like you're lying. Will never shop here again. Stopped shopping inside since all of the workers give you dirty looks and are obviously racist with their racist remarks. Just because I'm Caucasian does not mean I don't know how to speak or understand Spanish.

It says they do front end alignments. This is not true. I was there yesterday and asked and was told to go to Big O. So 2 tires mounted and put on and they assumed I wanted them to throw my old tires and added another $40. $289.90 for just putting them on is crazy crazy

I had initially frequented Costco but switched to Sam's Club due to the distance. However, I found the lack of customer service, and disgruntled employees to be overwhelming, making it an undesirable place for me to shop. The absence of basic courtesy was quite horrific, as I felt more like a Walmart employee than a valued customer. While there is nothing inherently wrong with the store itself, the abundance of poor customer service experiences left a lasting impression. I will be driving to El Paso and be an avid Costco member.

So I ordered this tv for pick up the next day. Brought it home and noticed it had a little dent on one of the corners. No worries, I thought to myself. Then find remote control is all scratched up and chewed up like a dog got to it. Then I connect it and tv not turning on. Called customer service and they said they would start a return process...which they didn't. Supposedly they were going to send return slip, called back another day and followed up and was never sent out. I bought another TV same day same model, realized the other tv was not the same as the newer one. So called customer service and they said to take it back to club and no label needed. Get to club, told them tv was not the right TV, and they would not take it back. I had to call police and file a police report. Tim the Mgr, would not take possession of tv. Called customer service again and they said they would reach out with local management and they would issue credit. very poor customer service. I've been in a management position for many years in the restaurant business, customer service, and oil field, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. Especially a loyal customer. This was very poor customer service. I basically had to come home with a non working tv I was told to return at the club. Till someone w more authority, I guess, can handle the issue.

As of today October 22, 2023 I have to admit that Sam's has finally gotten cleaner than it used to be. I noticed they finally decided to have employees clean up the food court area and act more professional. Also the aisles seem to be more tidy and picked up. Maybe they got a new manager or they got into trouble for having such a nasty store before. Well I guess I'll see the next time I go back.

Asked for help to load my things up, after waiting for a while. They never sent anyone to help me. And when I asked where help was all she could say was oh he’s busy.Better communication from the associate. She could have just said no we can’t help you and I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting for someone to help.
