“When I first got storage here it was great the trash dumpster was open you could use it now it's always locked and prices went up course that's normal but I've been trying to get another storage unit for $40 instead of the one I'm in for 65 and I have had no answer on that for months other than that the staff is pretty friendly places clean it's okayThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with yourThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with your monthly rentAnd the girls and the storage units go up again? Came to this place and it was very large, fenced and clean groundsMichael the manager gave a thorough explanation of operation and few regulations. Completed paperwork and payment and drove me to unit in golf cart.Inspected unit which was clean and locked it up. I had purchased a lock in office.Great place, great price if you arelooking.”

One of the best storage facilities in Las Cruces. Unfortunately the price increases were out of my budget, other than that it’s well worth your business.”

I was told that I could purchase the container for a set price. Even though the prices all went up because of covid and material cost the owner of Fincham's honored the original purchase price.
