“I rented a storage unit and U-Haul truck from them and they were great in both instances. After a phone call, I was able to rent the unit completely online, which was a life saver for me. Management was always friendly and extremely helpful, even with a pair of mistakes and misunderstanding on MY part during the process. They were great and didn't take advantage. Highly recommend!”
“If you need somewhere enclosed to store your stuff, at the best price per sq foot in Las Cruces or anywhere for that matter. This is the place. They use cargo containers, and they have a couple unit sizes. It’s accessible 24/7. Utilizing a key fob, that opens a gate. You can put your own lock, or they provide one for you. Or you can do both, as it takes 2 locks.
This isn’t temperature controlled, they are cargo containers. They do get dirt, and dust in them like anything around here. If you’re good with that then this is the best place. Logan is incredible and has everything organized and in order. Billing is automated and smooth, I have been very happy with this storage company for over 12 months now.”

“I've had a storage unit here probably 4-5 years now and never had one issue. They are always friendly, helpful, and understanding. Today I visited my unit for the first time in over a year and couldn't get the latch open. Two older gentlemen walked out with me and put a new latch on in five minutes. They even cleaned out the accumulated dirt in the door jamb. Same goes for billing. It's been quick, easy and problem free. My second storage is with another company. I've had that for almost 20 years and can't say their customer service and bill pay is anywhere close to Absolute Storage.”

“Friendly staff good location, keep having trouble with the storage defender and trying to keep both my units active, I paid up and was told it wasnt paid then that it was credited but got turned off anyway, then got turned back on but they turned off my other units and throughout the day it turned into a headache, the staff is wonderful but this is the second time ive had issues with storage defender being turned off and it really was a headache and hassle all day for me. Hoping this will be permanently resolved. I plan to update my review if there isnt any more unit trouble to be higher as they have been very consistent at attempting to help out.”
