Went and specified I only had a gas can that held 1 gallon. I told the cashier I wanted only 1 gallon due to the fact. The cashier then charged me $40.00 without informing me and when I pay they tell me it will go right back to my card and just pump what I need.
Absolutely horrible customer service and negligence. Called and was informed it would hold the 40 on my account and would take up to 2 days to get back the remainder.
The fat bearded guy doesn’t pay attention apparently so talk to him very slowly and get visual confirmation before proceeding the transaction. Never returning and will actively tell people not to come to this foul business!

They put an 85 dollar hold on your cash if you pay for your gas with a debit card. I have never not once had a good experience here... says they are open late. That's a lie... using your card at the pump does not count as open.

Store is great but the customer service and the knowledge these people have needs improvement. I wanted to pay the extra $1 for the Powerball but the man said “Its only $2” He did not understand what I was wanting.

I hope the owner sees this. Someone at your station might have a scam going. I paid for a car wash with my credit card at the car wash payment machine. After the machine processed my credit card I pressed the yes button to get a receipt. The machine said, "See clerk for receipt." I went into the station to get a receipt from the clerk. The credit card hadn't registered to the station. Who knows where it registered to???????? I did get a "duplicate cash receipt" even though I didn't pay cash and the receipt shows NOTHING about a credit card charge. So, (a) I got a receipt of someone else's cash payment and (b) it appears that the station hadn't processed the credit card. It DID show on my credit card statement though.....so that processed payment is going somewhere just not through the station. Do you, dear owner, have a problem with that?????
