I recently had a fantastic experience at the Shell gas station! Not only was the station clean and well-maintained, but the staff truly made my visit exceptional. Annette, Christina, and Nate were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their positive attitudes made my day. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, and I highly recommend this Shell station to anyone looking for a pleasant and efficient experience. They sold me a pack of cigarettes with a dollar off coupon on it,when I went back with the coupon they said they don't accept coupons, I mean you sold me the cigarettes with the coupon now you won't honor it.This shell is like school on Saturday,no class go elsewhere!

Shell GameTypical Shell gas station located in Las Cruces.The Good:*Top Tier™ gas*Windshield washing bins actually had soap in them. *Convenience store but didn't visit so can't comment. The Meh:*Prices are slightly higher than the average but not by much. The Ugly:*Zero paper towels at the wash bins, which is a pet peeve of mine. TLDR: It's gas.

My family and I love it. The workers are amazing and sweet! There ice is a go to for me lol ND everything we visit nothing but good vibes and good attitude from the works.

I will never go n2 this store again,there's a girl who works there(seems like she's always there when I go in)she's just so rude and disrespectful,if that's the kind of people y'all hire at y'all's establishments than I'd rather go somewhere else,even if I have to go out of my way

Horrible HORRIBLE evening employees. Just plain RUDE! Don't know how people like this get hired. Tall older man who looks like he does crack and the young juera who NEVER says hello or thank you. .Just horrible ...I don't go there anymore in the evenings..
