Horrible HORRIBLE evening employees. Just plain RUDE! Don't know how people like this get hired. Tall older man who looks like he does crack and the young juera who NEVER says hello or thank you. .Just horrible ...I don't go there anymore in the evenings..

If i could give them a -100 and shut them down I would. I went in paid wuth my debit card with the cashier chris. I went outside to put my gas and nothing. I went back in and told them and she and the other cashier suzy told me that my card never ran through. I looked on my app for my account and sure enough it did. That was their first lie. They wouldnt give me my gas or my money back. I asked for a manager and they called 2 and nothing. They called the 3rd which was April and she told me i get the refund back in 24 hours and ot be fixed. I gave it 2 days sale still pending. I went back chris and april were there and April told me to get my bank statements. I told her i be right back. I got my statements went back and she ran. She wasnt there leaving the cashiers to hold the heat. They kept calling her and she finaly answered. I told her i have my statements and you leave!!! She had the nerve to tell me that she has kids and has to go home. Really!!!!! My daughter just had blood work and a procedure and am having to deal with incompetent people. That is no manager. She kept saying that there nothing they can do and kept arguing with me. I told her that of that amount goes through am putting fraud cause that what it is. And hung up on her. They do not deserve to be cashiers yet a lone a manager that is ridiculous and dont know how to handle management position. Iv already put a complaint and they call me back saying that I have to take it up with the bank. I told them its them my bank already told me. So i will not give up until someone is penalized for their careless actions!!!! Ridiculous service and to top it off they are not a real Shells station. If the owners and higher management allow this kind of low quality theives then everyone needs to know what their doing.

This place sucks! They wouldn't accept my coupons for tobacco and will not sell you alcohol if you visit twice in one shift. I think it's cuz I have dark skin.
